I have stayed here once every 4 months and every time I stay they have plumbing issues . The toilet will never flush . The pool and hot tub were down with no notice on the door or anything . Just a really bad experience

Needs maintenance and upgrade to existing fixtures and tiles in bathroom and also a refresh of the stained and missing grout. Bed was okay but a very thin mattress. The hot Breakfast food was cold. We needed to microwave it. Bed had three pillows and needed four. There were no laundry bags or extra bedding for sleeper sofa. 3 out of 5 overall.

Location is really good and the staff There really made the check-in easy and smooth They can work on the pool filtration system, and the fact that dirty dishes were left in our dishwasher in the room will be arrived so maybe having housekeeping be a little bit more thorough other than that everything was perfect

Our room was clean, the front desk was nice. Easy to access restaurants and stores.

Convenient to all stores and restaurants Disgusting. So dirty, not at all worth the $180.00. Pool was so filthy it was unusable, multiple floating bandaids, clumps of hair and dirt swirling in the water, absolutely unacceptable. Towels and showers were also dirty, bathroom covered in mildew and mold.

Nothing Housekeeping needs to be held responsible for not cleaning correctly and night staff needs more hospitality. Workers rolling their eyes at other co workers in front of customers for a mistake they made themselves is crazy.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and just like my first visit, my experience was great. The staff was very accommodating, and my room was extremely clean and comfortable. The only downside during this stay was that the continental breakfast was not really available on Tuesday morning. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again!
