The staff at Mainstay was very nice and helpful when I asked about something pertaining to their amenities or about a good place to order food from. My rooms on each of my stays were clean and neat which made it feel like home away from home.

Close to things,comfortable bed Didn't get military discount after showing military ID, toilet seat loose and twisting, bathroom floor dirty and air conditioner didn’t work very well

Worst place to stay. Rooms felt wet. You could smell mold and rooms were dirty. Furniture was old and stained. Carpet was wet, torn up, and dirty. This place is not safe for anyone to stay. It is a real hazard.

Booked on line for a pet friendly hotel with handicapped accessible. No such room. No handicapped room for pets. Bathroom shower never used as it was not handicapped equipped. Charged $50 for one night for the pet although they had advertising in lobby for $50 for 5 days. Clerk did adjust to $35 for the night. Wall paper in bath was dirty and torn off. Kitchen sink was dirty. Beds were pretty comfy. Last time staying at a Main Stay Suites!!!

We had two room suite and there was only one air conditioner. Had a fan in the wall between rooms that was so loud you couldn’t sleep. Rooms were hot and need updating. Hallways and elevators smelled. Sheets were old and had stains: Will not be staying here gain.
