First room we were assigned had a strong smell of mildew and the sofa mattress had stains all over it. Front desk staff was nice and gave us a different room. The queen bed my husband and I slept on was really uncomfortable for us as we have back issues. Other than that everything was ok.

Everything! The room with one AC unit in the one bedroom suites and a fan on wall to use to pull cold air to bedroom took a little while.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time, they even had a microwave.

Excellent location, close to places to eat and easy to get from the interstate. Spacious room and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

The attendant from 3 to 11 is super helpful nice and respectful There was one employee there that disrespected my lady friend and she wasn't even able to help with I had a problem it was like she was new or something

The space in the room was good. Traveled with a family of 6, so the 2 bathrooms were great! A little dated. The workout room was small and smelled old.

Very kind and helpful personel, the lady at front desk helped us with a minor inconvenience (TV remote didn't work). She came in our room and make sure everything was in order Everything was ok

It was clean & quiet, the staff was friendly and it felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Was satisfied & will be staying here again when I return to Roanoke.
