The location was perfect for my needs and the staff was very courteous. The bed was very comfy. The rugs and furniture were very soiled and the tub did not drain well. The room decor seems to be aged and could use some upgrading.

Tammy was training a new front desk clerk at our check in ( sorry I can't remember his name) and they were both very helpful. All the employees we encountered were extremely polite and nice.

The location and the staff were very nice. I always try and go here when I go to roanoke. Room is always clean and quiet. Near the the mall and some good restaurants. Recommend this hotel. Not a thing.

Roomed smelled like food from the microwave (that I tried to clean) from the moment when we arrived to when we left.

We purchased our own coffee, filters, dish soap, and dishwasher soap to use during our stay as there were none in the room. There was a musty smell in our room and an odor coming from the shower/bathroom - not sure how that can be addressed, but definitely unpleasant.
