Staff for breakfast very friendly. Front desk were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety and hot dishes were constantly refreshed.

Our stay was comfortable and clean conditions. Staff was helpful and attentive.

The unfortunate aspect was that they were holding an antique car show on the properties lot which made it next to impossible to find parking. Also, they allowed some customers to check in early while we were made to wait until 3:00 PM. That would not have been so bad if I hadn’t watch them waffle on check in time and see others able to check in early. More of a management issue it seems.

They rented half the parking lot to a classic car show and all the parking was taken i ended up having to walk half a mile just to get to my room

On a driving vacation this was a midway stop between Nashville and NYC. We arrived exhausted from the hours of driving and the hotel was a perfect place for a great night sleep. Staff very friendly and professional. Parking was easy and food was good.

The location was okay for what we needed. The first room we got had wet towels and trash and things in the sink and bathtub. The ac in the room did not work either.

The TV was not useable no signal and people loud out in the halls until after midnight

It was dirty, the hallways and the rooms. Staff was not helpful and they were rude. There is no tea in the lobby for when you get up. No breakfast unless you pay per person.
