The shower had a crack in the flooring that buckled when any weight was on it and was only patched over with no support. You could not stand in the center of the shower and had to keep your feet against the edges of the shower floor. It also had small bits of mold/mildew around the rims, fasteners, and shower head. When first entering the room it smelled moist and mildewy but opening the window cleared this. The TV didn't work.

Staff was kind, room felt like walking into a humid jungle carpet was moist felt moldy everywhere.

Cleanliness was an immediate issue. Our washcloths were heavily discolored and yellow-stained from bleach. Front desk staff kindly accompanied me to the laundry room to replace them, but the replacements were just as discolored. Maintenance was equally frustrating. The door separating the bedroom and living area kept swinging open because it was missing its entire latchbolt mechanism. I had to wedge folded tissue paper into the frame just to give my elderly mother privacy. Additionally, the sliding bathroom door lock was broken and would not latch. Other minor issues added to the disappointment: the suite features two TVs but only came with a single remote. Breakfast was basic, but the lack of attention to room maintenance ruined what should have been a seamless stay. Having stayed at various Choice Hotels as well as an Embassy Suites in Nashville the week prior, I do not expect luxury, but I do expect working hardware and clean linens. Overall, the price is reasonable. I still intend to stay here in the future if management replaces their discolored linens and completes basic room repairs. V/r S. M. Harris

This was a very good motel. Very clean. Responsive staff although there was an issue with getting our key made. They got us into the room, then figured out how to use the new machine and gave us our keys. Unfortunately, the keys did not work the next morning as we were taking our dogs and luggage out. We had to get them rekeyed. The dog area is not a dog area at all. Not sure what it is. There were multiple dogs staying there, and each one had a problem with the area. Not so much grass, not so much area for the dogs. The room was clean and the bed was good.

The bed and bath were clean. However, the desk surface was sticky and other dressers/nightstands were dusty. I felt I needed to wipe them all down with a washcloth before setting anything down. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was good with several hot items to choose from.

My room was clean. Clearly an older place, but very clean. Everyone was polite.

The property was clean and beds were comfortable. The shower was too short for a tall person. Evening staff was attentive. Morning staff was okay but reading a book rather than greeting us as we checked out. Breakfast was okay.

Very outdated and got the feeling that the carpet and couch had definitely not been cleaned for a while. Clock and remotes didn’t work, so it shows the lack of regard for the property.

Good location and friendly staff Everything in the room was broken and someone was outside our room playing their music very loud for a long time.

I liked that there’s a door that separates the bedroom from the living room area & there were two tvs and two bathrooms. The breakfast was good. The area is nice & close by stores & restaurants. The room was dirty and curtains in the bedroom ripped in half. The shower was disgusting & not clean. The toilet in the bedroom was not secure to the floor. The other bathroom with the shower was dirty.
