No elevator and no staff to help with bags. Breakfast was minimal and food offerings were not appetizing. The room was clean although the bathroom door was almost impossible to close. The curtains were torn and looked shabby.

The room Was gross the couch need to be replaced they have old mold in them... The carpet was old and smelly .. smelled like the had a flood and never maintained it well .. the doors had bad upkeep everything was either broken or ripped carpet..the only decent thing was bed was comfy

the room was nice and clean. the only problem there was not enough drawer space to unpack.

Close by everything,plus everything worked like it should except for the sink,one time the sink clogged up.

I stay regularly for out of town work and it’s the nicest place for my budget that I’ve found close to my place of work. Good quality.

Very outdated and musty. The room had a damp/musty smell and even the pillows were moist. Very concerning.

The staff was terrible there's one housekeeper that comes in your room without knocking they have a no cooking policy that they don't show or tell anyone just to charge you incidental fee.they have bad ants and roaches.

Check in was very slow. Staff was "busy" trying to figure out how to get towels to another guest. I called to see how to turn on the fridge in the room and staff on duty didn't know. Room was clean. Bathroom dated but adequate.

Carpet stained in halls and partly in the room and air was not fully functioning in the room. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Front desk/management was very polite and helpful. Offered to move room in air did not improve

Breakfast was simple but ok slight improvement may be required. Otherwise it looks a reasonable place . Next time i will definitely consider this place in my next visit to Renoake. Sincerely Qidwai

It was so very hot throughout the hallway and our room took hours to cool down. The carpet felt & smelled so nasty! The sleeper sofa was horrible— the sofa itself looked nasty with flat, worn out cushion and its so-called “Sleeper” was like springs only with a sheet laying on it! We ended up having our 3 adults in one of the beds and it was miserable:( A plus is that it was in an area of convenience!

It was in an area around shopping. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast adequate. Room was small and a bit dark, but otherwise a good night’s stay.
