Wonderful suite room layout and clean.

I’ve stayed here a few times, this was the worst. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for. The curtains had holes, the towels were threadbare and the shower had very little pressure. It’s time for a refresh.

Excellent stay except the air conditioner kept cutting off

When I arrived in the lobby it was really hot. The whole building was just plain ridiculously hot. I got to my room and it smelled like hot cigarette ash because there was no air cond running. I had to turn on the air cond and leave the room for several hours to get it tolerable. The side door entrance opens without a key so that felt unsafe. The door did not automatically shut like most hotels. I believe this is being used for apartment rental and honestly don't like that either. I do not think I will return to this place again. I feel like this place needs new flooring as the carpet looked worn and dirty.

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable

No elevator and no staff to help with bags. Breakfast was minimal and food offerings were not appetizing. The room was clean although the bathroom door was almost impossible to close. The curtains were torn and looked shabby.

Proximity to Roanoke Memorial, plenty of parking. Dark hallways, dirty carpet, unsecured (broken badge system) door leading into 1st floor hallway from outside facing busy street.
