Floor two smells of body odor and stale air. Thankfully upgraded to a different floor Plumbing on sink needed tightening. No protein at breakfast.

Hotel is nonsmoking. But they need to be better about vacuuming and checking the bedding. One of the quilts had a blood stain on it, and there were things from previous guests’ stays under the beds.

Room had only ONE thin towel for two people. No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. Only a few disabled parking spots. All other regular parking was completely full.

Service was all bad..che led in and was given wrong keys..3 rd time associate came up to unlock manually..room was dirty and not cleaned up..went downstairs and the other associate told me I was assigned the wrong room…he assigned the right room came up and opened..

The property is well worn and lacks proper maintenance. Chipped drywall was not repaired, but merely painted. There was a blue wall that had been damaged in some spots. Those spots were painted with a darker blue. The hallway smelled like old food. The carpeting in the hallway looked dirty and the hallway walls were damaged. I commented to the manager on duty Monday morning, June 29, 2026 that the bathtub was slippery and somewhat dangerous. She retorted that the hotel was not required to provide non-slip devices in the tubs. When I asked for the contact information for the owner of the hotel, she adamantly refused. I cannot recommend this hotel in good conscience. They need to clean up their act and their property. If this is a Baymont approved property, then Baymont needs to review their approval policy. I would appreciate hearing from a Baymont executive who oversees approving franchise owners.

No hot water, the lamp was broke, the pool was broke, the hallways were dirty, the room chair was broke and the microwave didnt work. Plus the sheets had stain on them.

Easy to get to Priced right for the area. Room needed updating Pool was closed for repairs
