Bed was a padded bowl, refrigerator did not work, alarm clock did not work, the bath fan was so filthy it was almost shut, there was a dead animal or vomit smell behind the fridge so bad I couldn't use that area of the room, I cut my finger on a screw where the head broke off on an attempted bathroom door repair not to mention no knob on the tv cabinet but a 1 inch screw was sticking out. Worst of all was the condition of the American flag outside. It tried to fly with just one attachment point and flew upside down. Discus ting. One out of the three pillows.

Light breakfast. Close to every thing Bath room missing after shower ( qutips, toth brush kit) The room has only ONE chair

Location with close eating options The window air conditioner that did not work well ( noisy and did not keep room cool). There was a gap and you could see outside. Very basic breakfast, no protein and only apples for fruit.

The location was great for us. The bed was comfortable. This place needs an overhaul! Everything in the room was either old, in need of repair, in need of paint or just falling apart. The halls smelled, the painted walls were "touched up" in several places and the paint didn't even match. The walls really need repair, especially above the heat register along the floor. The curtains were so full of holes the light from outside shined through and lightened up the room in the night. The AC unit turned on and off all night long and then we had guests above us (when we specifically asked for a quiet room) that we heard walking around because the floors squeak. There were only a few breakfast items, sausage and biscuits, waffles and cereal. There was no fruit available, or eggs, bacon or rolls, etc. I get that it was a "continental breakfast" but a few pieces of fruit or rolls would have been nice. The parking lot/outside grounds are in need of repair also. The pictures attached don't come close to what we saw. We stayed here two years ago and it was just as bad. We thought maybe they would have cleaned thing us and done some repairs in the last two years, but no. The location was perfect for us, that's the only reason we stayed. We will not be back.

The room had very few lights and was very small. The outlets on the lamp in the center of the two beds did not work. There was also a faint aroma of smoke. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however.

We had a longer stay of 2 weeks. Due to Mayo Clinic appointments for my wife. Checkin was fine. Lobby was nice, however when I located my room it was downstairs in the basement level. The room was not what showed on my reservation. It was a king room but didn't have a balcony, which what I thought I had selected on Hotels.com. The confirmation email showed a balcony room. Very misleading. However there was no way to change the reservation without paying extra. I already paid a lot. The room was beat up very shabby paint job. The window was cracked and had spider webs all over with spiders. The bathtub/shower would back up with water which had disgusting hair clog that came out of the drain, which wasn't any of myself or my wife's hair. They did have a maintenance de-clog the drain, but still backed up with water every time we showered. The only positive is hot coffee when ever you want. The hallways reeked of marijuana. The side entrance to get in with your room key didn't work so anyone could just come and go, serious security problem there. So instead of relaxing in our room after long days of testing at Mayo Clinic we spent it out and only slept there. Very disappointed I have never experienced this type of false advertising and misleading information.

Only thing positive was the desk worker Dara that said we would get our money back when we decided to not stay. There was black mold on the mattress & smelled horrible. Place is a disaster.
-
Floor two smells of body odor and stale air. Thankfully upgraded to a different floor Plumbing on sink needed tightening. No protein at breakfast.
