Check out is 11 am. The staff was unmovable in that request for a late checkout even if I was to pay for it. Plan accordingly.

Property was older. Doors didn’t shut from the humidity from the pool area. Not enough space in the breakfast area. Had to stand every morning.

Danielle is an absolute gem and did her best to help us out with our special request!!! Our room was way bigger than we expected!! Housekeeping was wonderful and so very nice!!!! Breakfast changed daily but always included eggs, meat, waffles, fruits yogurts, etc. We definitely stThey water slide and hot tub, hands down, best miarted our days with full bellies!!!

Room lock would not light up and you had to heat if it was unlocked which took 4 minutes each swipe. TV color was flickering every color under the rainbow. Hair in the bathroom that was not ours. No, would not stay here again.

Shittle to Mayo Clinic was on time and not crowded. The bar/restaurant next door was lively and food was good. The beds are not too comfortable for someone with back issues.

We loved this property! The pool was fun for every age. It was very nice to have the bedroom with full bath plus another half bath in the living room area.
