A checkout they would not give me a receipt, saying it was because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). And I would have to get the receipt from them (Hotels.com). I don't travel often, but had never heard that before. A week later, I had booked a room at another Motel, through another 3rd party, and they gave me a receipt on check out.

Loved our stay here. The pool was a hit with the kids. The staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. Slept great. Didn't love the lighting (cold white light) and obvious wear and tear in the room, but was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The entire hotel was so hot and humid on the inside. You could barely breathe just walking through to get to your room. So hot, that it fogged up my glasses the second I stepped into the hallway and outside from checking in. There was no place to hang up your towel, other than the shower curtain rod.

What a horrific experience. Flooded bathroom floors, stained mattresses and bedding, dirty rooms, hallways 83+ degrees, and staff that could care less about fixing any of these issues. Place should be shut down.

The breakfast was good with someone always there refilling everything. They fixed the hot tub the night before and it was working great. The staff was friendly and hard working.

This property is old and not really well maintained. The bathtub didn't drain well so you end up standing in ankle deep water. We chose this hotel because of the pool two days the hot tub was closed and another day the slide was closed.

The hotel was close to parks and restaurants and a very pleasant place to stay. We chose a room away from the pool area so it was also very quiet. The staff was wonderful. We never used the pool but it looked like a lot of fun and has a slide - seems like a great place for families. The breakfast seemed good but get there early - they didn't really restock food as it got close to the end of breakfast.

Clean room and facilities. Although we didn't have kids, the pool area looked fun for the family. Great location to Mayo Clinic. We will be staying there again on our next trip.
