Room was way bigger than we expected for the price. Full kitchen setup, dishes, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, available hotplates. Bathroom was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel chain like this in a while. Underground parking available is nice to have. Complimentary water and apples at the front desk, as many as you'd like with your stay. Area was good, close to shopping and restaurants. Easy in and out. Staff was very nice. Could have been more clear on parking, I was only told about the extra parking near Panera and the underground once I asked about it. Beds were a little hard, but I slept fine.

Great breakfast options! Able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops/mall. The free shuttle was so helpful! Nothing. The place met our needs.

Parking is very limited and it’s very noisy at night and couldn’t rest.

I was pleased with the value and service. I asked for quite a bit of help at the beginning of our stay and every request was met with assistance. I utilized the gas grill and it could use a little attention. One grill wasn’t working, but the other grill was and everything worked out well. It was a good experience that I have never done before at a hotel.

Our room's second lock, door security lock was missing. This created a safety risk. The bath shower chair was broken and NOT attached to tub. The electronic window blinds did not work properly and would not raise or lower.
