The space was perfect. Close to everywhere I needed. I love the pool and the workout room.

The staff were friendly and very helpful when we had questions. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The parking was handy and lived the Skywalks.

The apartment was nice. There was plenty of space and having a kitchen was wonderful. The apartment could use some updating. It wasn't dirty but had that dirty worn look. I thought is would have been a bit more upscale. The lobby was not very inviting. It would have been nice to have a bar or restaurant onsite.

We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.

There was no food served. There was no housekeeping during our stay. It would have been nice to have cleaning during the week.

Did not have breakfast. Location is convenient to Mayo Clinic which was main purpose for stay. Toiletries are the bare minimum.

Second bathroom is a nice touch and the full kitchen w d/w is a must for a stay of any length. Suggestion: bring groceries, a small supply of condiments, spices, essential kitchen items as the supplies are sparse. 24hr front desk personnel were very helpful, we extended one day without a hitch. Gym was doable for a light workout, we did not try the spa facilities.
