Conveniently located right near the airport entrance. My room made me wish I was staying longer. The two room suite was spacious and comfortable. There was a very strong odor when I checked in that may have been a cleaning solvent. After a couple of hours it was much less noticeable.

The air conditioner sounded like someone was scratching themselves all night. Doors slamming all night. Small pillows.

“Minimalist accommodation” would be an understatement, but it is right by Rochester Airport if you have to catch an early flight. No other redeeming features here. Even the vending machines are behind a guard door and have to be operated by front desk staff. How’s that for security!

Best service

The staff is very courteous. I highly recommend this hotel! I was able to leave my car at the hotel while I was on my trip for a fee that was half of what I would have paid at the airport.

Location worked for medical appointments. Staff was exceptional. I believe it was a family operation so they wanted to provide excellent service. Room was very clean but I did report the in-room coffee machine did not work but they had coffee in the lobby. Overall, a fine stay. Room was small but excellent condition, king bed was very comfortable and you couldn’t get it cleaner. Staff was superior and had timely breakfast with excellent coffee and waffles but missed eggs. Even the other guests were pleasant to converse with.

We were very late for checking in, they upgraded it for us so that we can took a very good rest after a busy day, really nice!

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Our door was broken/bent so it required a good amount of force to get it to latch. It was conveniently located near the airport. The lobby was not clearly marked.

When I checked in the concierge was distracted by the phone. He gave me my room key. On the walls in the hallways were automatic deodorant dispensers with deodorant that was unpleasant. On checking my room I discovered it smelled like pet urine. I went back to the desk and said I couldn’t sleep there. He then gave me a new room. On arriving at my newly assigned room, the door key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk. A new key was given and that didn’t work either. He came up with me and let me in. He said he would give me a working key later. The room wasn’t too bad but on entering the bathroom, the mirror was hanging on one corner. Downstairs I went again. I had to wait some time to be served as there were customers in front of me. By this time I was pretty much ready to give up. I was given a third room and, you guessed right, a key that did not work. Again he came up, let me in and promised a working key later. This room was decent. The following morning at breakfast I was about to eat my cereal with milk and discovered the milk was sour. It looked like the milk pitcher had not been cleaned in some time. I have absolutely no idea why this place gets anything higher than one star. It’s a brand name hotel. I was deeply disappointed. Do yourself a favour. Do not stay here.

This was a very good choice for an overnight with a very early departure

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to go back

Convenient to the airport. Staff was friendly. The pillows were horrible. They should be replacing them but these appeared to be old. Too much carpet fresh on the floors and the building. If your property is cleaned you should not have to cover it up with that stuff that chokes you. As someone with asthma I didn’t sleep the entire night because I could not breathe even with the air on high.
