It was a minute’s walk from the airport. The breakfast was okay. We were placed in a room on the ground floor just around the corner from the lobby. It smelled mildewy and this weird tapping kept up throughout the night. For how much they’re charging per night, we expected the room to be better.

Cozy spot for couples. Breakfast is limited to coffee++ however

I would stay here again, I could walk from car rental drop off to the hotel and from hotel to the airport, Check in lady was excellent, very helpful and considerate. Room was clean and comfortable.

Just a three minute walk to the terminal. Only place to stay when flying out of Rochester especially on the very early flights

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, professional and very accommodating, however the building itself is old and needs repair. The elevator door is very noisy, our room was as big as a match box (tiny). Our room, below the window, had water stains and patches of plaster which made the room feel and look like an old motel room. The breakfast was great and the breakfast area was very clean. I wouldn’t stay at this location again only because of the look of the room.

Clean, close to the airport, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable everything worked well. Ac was too cold for us and we weren't able to make it less cold

Location, location, location. A two minute walk to the airport.

Not everything was ready to go at 6am such as hot water, coffee and hot breakfast entrees. Nice staff, beautiful dining area but just a bit disappointed that coffee wasn't ready earlier.

The room was freezing! No one wants to walk into a room that is 61 degrees. There is absolutely no reason to have the A/C that low. No extra blankets. No hot water - they did change our room only to find out the whole building was without hot water. Then there was the smoke detector with the absolutely piercing flashing light all night. No complaints about the staff and the breakfast was actually better than average, but that doesn’t make up for the horrible sleep before an early morning flight. For over $200 I expected better.

-Ice-cold shower (was told repeatedly that they were fixing the boiler. never happened) -0 happy staff I could not wait to get out of there.

Just be patience, the employees are incredibly nice and kind.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Property was clean and the staff was fantastic. I appreciated that they had special shades over the windows to block the harsh airport lights plus the regular blinds. 5 min walk from hotel to airport terminal which was exactly what I was looking for.
