Very convenient to greater Rochester airport

We've never had a bad stay here until this past weekend. We don't book accessible rooms but when I booked a room with a king bed and pull out sofa, they claimed not to have one for me. The hotel had plenty of rooms but they didn't give me a room with two queen beds or a regular king with pull out sofa. Instead, they gave me an accessible room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, as if it'd never been cleaned. There was a sticky substance on the counter and the shower curtain was a foot off the ground such that the floor completely flooded all the way to the door. After each of us used the shower, we had to use extra floor towels to mop it up. The shower had a lot of mold growing on it and the curtain smelled very bad. It was one of our worst experiences at this hotel and I'm truly disappointed as it ruins all the good stays we had.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport walking distance. However, the shower was still dirty at the bottom.. there was a very nice lady who checked us in and very happy.

It was right across from the airport I had to change rooms 3 times in the first room There was a pile of water in the middle of the floor The second room only had one bed when I booked two because there were 3 of us The third room was freezing and it didn't get warm until 3 in the morning. Really not a good stay.

Close to the airport

The location and property were clean and comfortable.. I hope the the one that I have a reservation for in Seattle will be just as nice and clean..

Staff is friendly close to Airport You can walk or get a ride The breakfast felt rushed as they were trying to get things out, and the food was kind of gross. Could have better hot options and should leave the cold food out all the way until 9 AM.

I mostly liked the layout. I like that there was a huge breakfast room, but I used to go to this specific property a lot with my family and we would swim in the pool. If I had to choose, I’d pick the pool every time. This time my kids were very disappointed that there wasn’t a pool. Nothing you can do about it, but unfortunately that’s a big factor in deciding where to stay! I really didn’t like the elevator. It shook every time we were on it. One time my son moved to the other side of the elevator car while it was going up & I thought it was going to drop!

The staff was very personable and professional. They accommodated all of our needs.

The location was walking distance from the terminal. The staff were great! The general manager was a fantastic man who showed so much pride in his work, Marriott is lucky to have such great people. No complaints

Convenience to the airport

Charger was very welcoming and helpful! The bathroom still had dirty towels on the floor and the show was not cleaned. In the morning there was no hot water. Decent breakfast.
