Fairfield Inn Marriott Rochester Airport

Friendly staff and a close walk to airport!

Superb

We have no idea how this hotel was because Expedia cancelled our reservation that I made a month ago. No email, no text & no room. The front desk gal was cordial & called another hotel to secure us a room .

Great

best Breakfast ever thank you cook for your time preparing breakfast and thank you chardonnay for your hospitality

Clean rooms

This particular location has very good customer service from the hotel desk to others employed here. I was greeted well welcoming me to the hotel. I would stay here again when I return to Rochester. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and very thank you to all the employees at this location.

Good

Convenient

Our room was clean enough, but the hallway outside our room was filled with laundry carts and dirty water mop buckets. It was cleaned up by the time we came back to the hotel after dinner.

The hotel was fine, the room was clean, the bed and linens were good. Your breakfast left a lot to be desired. You should maybe add some pastries along with the coffee

Disappointing

The staff was excellent Property is old and could use some upgrades.

Excellent location very convenient, nice staff.

"If you are flying in or out of Greater Rochester International Airport, look no further! This hotel is literally a short, effortless walk to the terminal, which was an absolute lifesaver after my late-night flight.Despite being right next to the airport, the room was remarkably quiet, impeccably clean, and featured super cozy, plush bedding. The entire staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a fantastic way to fuel up before heading out. Excellent value, wonderful management, and ultimate convenience. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rochester!"

This hotel was very convenient, very clean, and gave a quiet comfortable room at an affordable price.

Early am breakfast options for early flights. Feels like a dated hotel but perfect option if flying out

Convenient and very comfortable
