Motel 6 Rochester, NY - Airport

Not much. The cat at the front desk was cute Doors to outside were not locked anyone could just walk in. Not a safe place if traveling alone. Pool was covered and algae growing on cover. Was nervous when I saw baggies on the ground that held drugs and people hanging outside place.

Didn't like when they tell you that you get you deposit soon as you check out then when you check itviscsaid to youvthat it will take 3 to 4 business day for you to get it. That is very miss leading and confusing when it should be explained in the beginning when you check in not when you check out

Room was dirty, old. Facility felt unsafe and unclean. I checked out immediately and have reached out to the staff for a full refund

Was not told they take $100 deposit

Because as a travel nurse I met too much people to know that is WRONG TO JUGDE A BOOK BY ITS COVER" but in business trust is a MUST. Please don't hope on them ,just be aware that if something happens it will be your OWN LOST.

The price I didn't like that I had to switch my room three times. The first room didn't have a microwave nor iron.Second room the air conditioner did not work. The third room toilet running loud.

Poor quality . Very old and dingy looking room. Bathroom outdated.

The location was the only positive thing. The entire building is in dire need of renovation. Everything is from the 1980s or 90s. The pvc flooring is peeling loose in large sections the air conditioning is antiquated an extremely loud and inefficient. Although everything is old it was relatively clean.

Needs lots of repairs and painting.

Price for the one night we needed. Upon walking in lobby was very warm. Clerk was on phone but still waiting on guest. Should have excused herself from phone. Before I walked away from desk clerk put ear bud in and answered yet another call.Side entrance keep card to enter is smashed. In my room towels look like they thrown on rack, towel rack looks like someone just cobbed it together. No phone in room incase of emergency.

Mouse droppings on floor and sink, dead Miller and flies in Widow sill, sticky floor, no coffee, no pictures, poor TV in and out, no clock, no phone, no room cleaning, had to ask for towels, ask to move out and refund but you refused, refrigerator couldn't make ice, noisy AC never got below 70 on and off constantly yet set 65, no smoking but constant Marijuana smell, trash not emptied, loose stair treads, no security, key card had to be reprogramed twice, dirty drawers, one drawer had Christmas socks in it, mold on shower curtain.

There was a weird smell in the hallway. I got a smoking room but no ashtray.

Bathroom looked like shit. Rust stains on the faucets and cracked utilities

Convenient Location Close to the Airport No breakfast . Coffee or Tea in the room. Very Basic Room . Ok for one night stay .
