Motel 6 Rochester, NY - Airport

Receptionist is behind bullet proof glass. Bathroom is moldy and dirty.

The hotel smells sour. The hall carpets are old and smell badly. The room floors are sticky

Staff at counter didn’t say a word to me when I checked in and I had to figure out where my room was on my own, as they just pointed upstairs

Loud and seedy. Flop house type place

Horrible don’t spend a night here.

The AC by the controls had hair on it and the deadbolt was barely held in place by very loose screws.....

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is completely uninhabitable and shockingly filthy. The walls, floors, bathtub, and toilet were all covered in grime. The toilet didn’t even flush properly. I wouldn’t bathe my dog in that shower—let alone myself. The electrical outlets are not only dirty but clearly unsafe and a serious fire hazard. The towels were stained and unacceptable. Nothing about this place resembles the photos shown online—those images are completely misleading and do not reflect the current condition at all. The staff only made the situation worse. They were rude and unhelpful from the start. To top it off, there was a cat walking across the front desk during check-in. I understand “pet-friendly,” but this was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The first room I was given looked like it was under construction—bathroom fixtures were broken, and tools were scattered everywhere. When I complained, they moved me to another room, which was just as filthy and unacceptable. This place should honestly be reported to the health department and shut down. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, disgust, and potential safety risks—DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

The door to our room didn't latch it looked like it had been kicked in the hallways smelled terrible bathtub leaked fridge was dirty the floors had very soft spots

The only good thing was there is an Indian restaurant attached and it has great food That place is in ruin. One of our bed had no sheets. The air conditioning was so noisy and leaked water on the uneven floor. The bathroom door didn't close. The tub was dirty ect ect

It was a place to lay my head The floor was falling apart the showers second head about drowned me it smelled and the pillows were thin towels were stained sheets had stains on them

Nothing I was a late check-in. I no sooner put my car in park and was immediately met by a security guard telling me I needed to move. I told him I was there to check-in and he said it didn't matter, go park in a side lot and walk up. Once I parked and got out I heard what sounded like gunshots coming from nearby. I was immediately concerned about my safety and left. I did not check-in and left.

Liked the comp toothbrush. And razor

The bed was worn out an sqeaky, a misty scent gripplef my nose upon entering the room, and it never left. Plus someone kept knocking on my door for the sale of candy.....crazy.

The room had hair in the bed and so we asked for a new room. The next room had a half used bar of soap in the shower. I don’t think the rooms are being cleaned properly.

TV remote wasn’t working. Notice on screen said to contact front desk if not working. They sent someone up who was eating a snack from a bag. Very unprofessional. They told me people steel the TV remotes so they don’t work and left. I called back to the front desk and they told me they would someone else up, but never did. I went out the next day and when I came back , my key card didn’t work. I went to the front desk and they acted like that was a normal occurrence and reprogrammed it. I saw them do this for a few other people. Just a sad situation.

The rooms were clean ,and the staff were friendly.

Nothing It was disgusting and they refused to give me a refund.

My stay was horrible!!! Not enough amenities, but what shook me up and disgusted me was a roach crawling on me while I was in bed. Took a closer look behind bed, fridge, and sofa and found more roaches. Some dead some alive. After reporting it to front desk, they told me to call in the morning when management would be there. Didn’t even offer to compensate with refund or moving me to another room. First time I went there and it will be the LAST. Would not refer them to anyone!!!!!!! Also found Black Mold. What a shame…
