Nooothing Everything was a disaster

no towels smelled like cigarette smoke cigarette butts were all over parking lot people in room next to us played loud music and were vocal until 3:00 AM

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Nothing.

Greeted at the door and quickly checked in N/A

No one was at the desk for checking in. The hallways smelled awful. Like pot, smoke and other things. The halls were dirty. The room was okay. Two little towels were all that

This place was not up to my basic standards of living. I will never stay here again.

Place not worth it for the cost to be honest,a lot need to be done….

Fast check in

Staff was polite and location of building was convenient. The price was insane, the quality of the room and building were nowhere near the price tag I paid. The hallway reeked of weed, the desk in the room and surfaces clearly dirty/not wiped down, shower wall/floor surfaces cracking, hole in blanket on bed, and the parking lot needed to be redone/featured a huge crater/smaller potholes. I would have advocated for a refund if I wasn’t so desperate to forget the whole experience.

Seen dead roaches a lot of users and dealers just not what i expected seen a dead bed bug and just had an real bad odor

Dirty and unsafe To many people hanging around outside the bathroom was disgustingly dirty never again

Honestly nothing I asked for at least one more pillow since there was only two pillows and the customer service really need to improve more cause I wanted to ask them questions about booking another night and I waited 20 minutes for an answer.
