A K at the front desk was excellent about everything! It was noisy all of the time.

They need to buy or rent an industrial carpet cleaner to clean the carpets innthe hallway. The hallway is stink and the room needs some pictures on the wall.

Right upon pulling up to the hotel it looked NOTHING like the photos, there were sketchy people hanging around the building and it looked completely run down. I ended up booking a different hotel before even getting out of my car because of how scared I was!

Everything was all wrong. Desk person left the building, it looks ran down soon as you pull up. I didnt receive my money back at all not even half, I didn't want to stay. Looks ran down.

Outside area did not look good, inside was better. Dogs behind counter were not trained as guard dogs. Barked aggressive at every customer.

It was full of drug rehab people, my door was pounded on 3 times with people screaming to call the police, I thought someone was being murdered! I called the police, I asked to be moved to another room, which was no better! So I left after 2 hours!
