The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. We are looking forward to staying here again.

They waited up for me to check in at 1am because my plane was so late arriving. And I got the cutest little towel arrangement on my bed that made me smile after a looong day of airports.

Breakfast, room view and the facility was super clean The staff was not kind at all. At breakfast time, the dishes ran out, and the utensils were dirty I ordered food delivery, and when I went to meet the driver, one of the front desk employees asked me if I knew where I was going. I responded, " Yes, I'm going to my room, they thought that I was the delivery guy, This is not ok and makes me feel like what? Why did this employee say that to me?

Friendly front desk personnel EVERY time I have stayed at this property- very personable and helpful. Beds are so comfortable and I love that firm pillows are offered with extra blankets. This is the only place I will stay when I come to Rochester. 10/10

Overall great place to stay! Love the free breakfast everyday of the week, and it was delicious 😋. Plus they gave free dinner and drinks Monday thru Wednesday! It was clean and they allow pets. The atmosphere is great especially right along the river. Most important the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish is that they had a pool.

Anyone visiting Rochester should stay at this hotel. From the time I walked through the front door I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff. I was lucky enough to arrive on a Wednesday when they have their social evening with a BBQ and a couple of free beers. The manager herself and her assistant made themselves available and welcomed the guests. The hotel itself is kept clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well presented and tasty. There is a plenty of parking out the front of the hotel.
