Quality Inn Rochester

Plenty of deferred maintenance. Extremely limited breakfast. It is a do not revisit for me.

stay was very comfortable, room was clean, the staff was so accommodating, it was appreciated.

New room was clean and unoccupied. Water pressure up on 5th floor was insufficient. A bit disappointed.

I am usually pretty restrained about giving reviews but this place deserves one. All the power outlets were out so the tv, fridge, and microwave were out. There were mosquitoes on the bed and the room was hot upon entrance. The floor and surfaces inside the room and the carpet outside were terrible. To top it all off the hot water in the shower didn't work. Theres more I could say but this is not a place you want to stay to put it mildly.

The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. Nice shower. Decent hot breakfast. We appreciated that the staff worked with us to correct our mistake on the date of our booking.

The breakfast was good with quite a few choices. We were only there over night, but found the hotel quite nice and reasonably priced.

The location Couldn’t sleep it was loud all night

Housekeeping was every two weeks, if you wanted clean sheets you had to bring dirty sheets to front desk for trade it and you had to make beds. Clean towels were available when you brought dirty towels for exchange at main desk. Beds were not firm at all. I think they were used. If breakfast was supplied, we were never told about it. I left with 5 nights remaining on my paid reservation but they would not refund any money. I wouldn’t recommend that place to my worst enemy.
