Thankful we didn't have to pay for parking.

The property landscape was taken over by weeds . Weeds were even growing through the artificial turf . Around the perimeter of the building I could not tell weeds from decorative bushes . Specialized coffee was promised from 5am to 10 am but was never set up . Come to find out it was never delivered to the site . We had garbage/food scapes the previous guest still in the refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable at least . At checking out I requested an itemized list but was told this facility does not do that . As a frequent traveler I’ll never stay at this place or facilities again . Will absolutely spread the word.

The $100 incidental deposit felt excessive compared to most hotels I visit as a frequent traveler. While the facility is new and pleasant, my experience was plagued by small issues—card reader troubles, key cards on sticky notes, non-working outlets, a broken TV, and a disconnected front desk number on the room phone. The front desk did fix the TV after I mentioned it on my way out, but the main issue was the late-night noise. A group on the patio kept things going until at least 3 AM with loud music, drinking, and talking, and the lobby was crowded. It made relaxing impossible, and I won't be staying with this chain again.

Everything was perfect.Except the whole way is dirt and a lot of spots.

The hotel is just over a year old but there are already tears and stains in the hallway carpet. The landscaping is completely neglected which really detracts from the hotel’s appearance. The staff was super friendly and the room was huge and clean.

It wasn’t clean at all and loud. I want a refund

Our room was ok but the rest of the hotel felt like an apartment building for displaced people needing long term lodging.

The only thing I had a problem with was my room being serviced. I’m just a clean freak everything else is excellent.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was great! Expressway is very loud in the rooms though, need windows to be more insulated. Also, the lights and a/c cut off after 10 minutes when there isn't movement in the room. This means when watching TV or sleeping the room will get warm in the summer.

For a 10 night stay it was perfect. Welcoming and helpful staff, excellent facility, and very convenient.

Very clean and well maintained which is great because this is a newer property. All the rooms come with a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes and silverware. I believe this hotel is considered more of an extended stay so that's the reasoning for the full kitchen which we absolutely loved! Of course there was also a microwave. It's convenient to shopping, and dining in the Rochester New York area specifically Greece New York. Again there really isn't anything bad I can say about our stay because everything was great! And I will definitely stay here again as well as a refer anyone who is looking for a room while they are visiting Rochester or the surrounding counties.

This our third time staying there is I highly recommend it!!

This day was decent I guess. I don't like the fact that I booked a 2 room suite with 2 beds and get there and I'm given a one room suite with one bed and the hotel says there is nothing they can do about it.

Great hotel. Pleasant staff. We stayed the night while we toured RIT.

Modern, clean facilities. Liked that room had full size refrigerator and microwave Friendly staff No breakfast or meal options other than some items available to take to the room which was appreciated.
