Hotel was very clean and the staff was great! Expressway is very loud in the rooms though, need windows to be more insulated. Also, the lights and a/c cut off after 10 minutes when there isn't movement in the room. This means when watching TV or sleeping the room will get warm in the summer.

For a 10 night stay it was perfect. Welcoming and helpful staff, excellent facility, and very convenient.

Very clean and well maintained which is great because this is a newer property. All the rooms come with a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes and silverware. I believe this hotel is considered more of an extended stay so that's the reasoning for the full kitchen which we absolutely loved! Of course there was also a microwave. It's convenient to shopping, and dining in the Rochester New York area specifically Greece New York. Again there really isn't anything bad I can say about our stay because everything was great! And I will definitely stay here again as well as a refer anyone who is looking for a room while they are visiting Rochester or the surrounding counties.

The location was good. The rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk was not friendly. She assigned a wrong room to us that was not checked out. We were able to enter it while that room guest's belongings were all inside and the TV was on. It was a big no no for hotel and security. The kitchen barely had any cookware, just one tiny frying pan. The walls were thin. The guy next door was yelling at something till mid night.

Very clean, I felt safe here and the fee for the room was very reasonable N/A

This day was decent I guess. I don't like the fact that I booked a 2 room suite with 2 beds and get there and I'm given a one room suite with one bed and the hotel says there is nothing they can do about it.

Great hotel. Pleasant staff. We stayed the night while we toured RIT.
-
Modern, clean facilities. Liked that room had full size refrigerator and microwave Friendly staff No breakfast or meal options other than some items available to take to the room which was appreciated.
-
GM worked to resolve check in issue swiftly and fairly - rooms were comfy and roomy Seemed short staffed and a bit chaotic - alarm went off in middle of first night with no explanation or answers when we questioned it in the morning - always had to ring bell and wait for help at desk
-
Helpful, courteous staff, clean inside & out. Highly recommend it.
-
Quick check in Noisy, people all over tbe property drinking alcohol, banging on the walls all night long, uncomfortable bed, the worst pillows in the world. It was 40 degrees outside but the ac was on in our room.

Bed pillows are horrible .

The location was close to the people that I was visiting. I could walk to BJs to get some munchies. Check in process was very slow even though there was only one person ahead of me that did have some issues. While handling the person ahead of me, she assisted the bellhop with paperwork and took care of getting a package for someone staying there. I had been there a couple minutes when I decided to time my wait, it was nine more minutes so I stood there tired trying to get to my room for something around 12 minutes. She informed me that there was no complimentary breakfast but coffee was available at all times. I did not realize that the only option was coffee as there was no tea option since I don't drink coffee. There are three hotels in that area, one of which I stayed at a few months earlier which was fine. I will likely check out the third option next time but this one is off my list.
