Clean room and staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall I was happy with my stay: it’s a busy hotel with great long-term stay amenities but it seems like the staff (who all seemed hardworking) couldn’t quite keep up with the cleaning workload. Room was quiet at night, bed comfy, air conditioning perfect in the summer heat. Not walking distance to dining or shopping so it’s something to keep in mind. It felt very safe, however. Value of stay was very good and I would stay again.

Beware - this place is just plain awful. Extremely rude elderly lady checked us in. When I asked for one more bottle of complimentary water from Hilton Honors later that night, lady told me that I had already received 2 bottles at check-in and gave me a hard time about getting one more, which I never got. Hotel is dirty. Bathroom was not especially clean and room smelled musty. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! Nice new hotel just built next door which I will check out for next time.

Hotel was great. Could have been a bit cleaner for me. I tginkbwhen it rains they should take cushions for furniture inside because once they are wet you cant sit on them if it stops raining

When we check in the first room was stink and water leaking from the ceiling and it was in the window seal a puddle Room number 125 so she move me into 102ì and everything was better

Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)

This is a basic hotel near the airport. One elevator was out of service during our stay and the working elevator was dirty and hot inside. Other than that, however, this was a good place to stay for an early morning flight. The woman working the front desk was excellent at customer service. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Very clean room! We liked that there was a person at the desk to answer questions when we checked in.
-
Good property with a nearly full kitchenette. But was too far for us from our objective.

Very family friendly. Loved all the extras including a fire pit at night. Friendly, helpful staff.

The room was clean. However, we stayed two nights and could not get clean towels or bed changed for the second night. We asked at the desk twice and they assured us we would get clean linens. It never happened. We went back down to the front desk and requested clean towels be brought up. They never were. Finally, my husband tracked down housekeeping and they obtained some towels for us. I won't be staying here again.

The staff was particularly friendly. The 3 ladies that worked the front desk area were always kind and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room had a large fridge, well-equipped kitchenette with sink, and the ability to request an electric hot plate. Lots of desk style space to put things, a desk and office chair, a sitting area with a sofa(? Pullout) separating it from the sleeping area with a curtain. The curtain also shielded the sleeping space from the lights in the sitting and the bathroom area. Lobby had self-serve apples, hot water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day, a welcome bag with water bottles for the guests. Breakfast was ok. Hot food (biscuits, eggs, sausage, etc) was lukewarm. Egg patties and the boiler eggs had an unexpected weird texture. Oatmeal was alright. Also, there was a smoking area just outside the main door of the hotel. Unwelcome for people entering or leaving.
