To sum it up, for the price of the room, I would likely NOT recommend staying at this hotel UNLESS they resolve the many issues - we will NOT be back.

To begin some of the staff was not professional and courtesy. The attitude of the staff manager was not pleasant to be out in the front people want someone that they can feel comfortable enough to talk to. The housekeeping staff was not pleasant at all very rude. When you’re paying your money to stay in an establishment it should feel pleasant and warming to be in. I have stay here for about three weeks and there’s no reason why a patron should fear to go to the front desk to ask for what they need.

The facilities and employee were fine. However, from about 1am - 3am there were people pounding on their door in my hall. It was bad enough that I checked out after the first night (from an originally planned 3-night stay) and switched hotels. I have no idea if my experience was a fluke, but that was my experience.

The staff at this hotel is very nice and responsive, the rooms were clean, the beds were fine, we liked that there was a full size fridge and a stove. The Bathroom was also nice. The perimeter could definitely use cleaning there was a lot of trash around, they could give you more linens and toilet paper. The halls smell funny, the wifi sucks, and theres no real amenities. For the price its a good hotel. Just lower your expectations and youll be fine.

The look inside the room like the bedding was very thin as far as sheets and the duvet covering. The bathroom light was annoying. It was automatic. They kept giving me mixed white towels and they have the complete set although they may not give it to you. Staff members are not the best but it depends who you get and how they feel that day.

I maintained my own room, cleaned my room properly when I arrived with my own products. I stayed on the 4th floor. There is an attic above me and someone was living in it above me. There is hacking going on while there, another person complained about her phone being hacked whenever she ordered through Walmart assist and theft. Not a safe environment although very clean outside. Also, they will tell you that you owe additional if you book through their Woodbridge Choice hotel. Just pay online for a better pricing experience. First day there they said they charge extra to use their linen and towels and that's not true. I later told the manager I would purchase my own and he said "he told them girls to stop saying that to customers " and laughed.

It was horrible. No staff. They all quit. Toilet stopped working and we couldn't find anyone to help us. Not enough towels for 4 people

Nice new property. Too close to I 390. Road noise is excessive. Like pitching a pup tent in the median of 390!

We stayed there for a month while we were building our house. It looks like a homeless shelter. We had to leave the hotel for a day they had roaches so everything bad disgusting.

Friendly and efficient check in ands a lovely room.

Decent place to stay staff was helpful. Bed and pillows were less than desirable. Rooms do not have any soap shampoo etc. There were a lot of kids running the hallways and parking lot and numerous dogs barking.

The establishment was in clean order, staff were very helpful. If something was needed all I had to do was just ask. Even the GM was pleasant to speak to and also work out issues on site! Nice place to relax and unwind, with laundry on site works well l.

Every thing was absolutely perfect—except the lobby coffee make was broke!!!
