Comfort Suites Rochester Henrietta University Area

The location of the hotel is near many businesses, restaurants and the airport. The room size was decent. Disorderly guests and noise, fighting and profanity requiring the police needing to be called and intervene in the middle of the night. The elevator was full of water from people exiting the pool. The tile floor outside of the elevator was covered with water and hazardous. There were several burnt out lightbulbs in the room and the room could use some refreshing overall.

Don’t stay here we had to put at 50$ deposit incase their was damages! Their was dirty cups on the floor! The curtains were messed up

Breakfast was good, the beds were firm and comfortable. Convenient location Not cleaned under the pull out bed/couch, mattress on pull out couch had a halfdollar sized blood stain, that same mattress had rust stains on mattress as well and the back side of mattress had lots of small holes in it. Plaster on edges of wall near bathroom was missing. I had to watch where my dog walked in the grass because there were thistle weeds all throughout.

We were very disappointed in our stay. Hotel needs a major redue. Fridge was over flowing with ice, tv had 0 service. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool ceiling needs a good cleaning and pool was freezing. Breakfast eggs and bacon were cold and morning staff wearing sweats and s.shirt with work boots looks very unprofessional. I can say I will not be back with my family.

A basic hotel showing it's age on carpeting and door frames. One half of the rooms face the highway; luckily the noise diminished during sleep time. Comfortable bed, plenty of parking.

Very nice stay very quiet the amenities could have been better soap has no scent did not see no lotion no vending machines so if you want snacks or something to drink you have to purchase before you arrive or leave back out the hotel but overall everything else was nice the staff was pleasant and very helpful if you forget items like toothpaste, toothbrush they don’t have that

The walls are all scratched in halls, rooms and really everywhere. It’s in need of a good upgrade, very old and outdated. The staff was kind and very helpful but unfortunately for the price I wasn’t impressed.

Always my go to hotel when in the area. Helpful staff, 24/7 coffee in the lobby, free breakfast, nice pool and had no problem getting late checkout! As always, will be back! 😊

Room was not as clean as I would have expected 1st floor hallway carpet was filthy. Damaged walls doors flooring the place needs a overhaul. Breakfast was very good.Went to pick up a boat they did accommodate me as far as parking.Weeds overgrown all around the hotel.Not very pleased stayed in much less expensive hotels that were way better than this one.

Location They locked us out before checkout time. And it was not technical error, it happened to many customers as we observed. Also Internet was 10mbps ...you kidding when we experience 300mbps or higher at other places and on top of it, you need to view a video to get Connected to the hotel wifi..bullshit...breakfast ran out under their inventory stock on first day of week and attended simply said "no more in stock"...wont recommend.

Would not clean room daily not there policy only every three days but not given enough towel to suffice. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Property needs to be updated .
