Could have been cleaner, looks like it's starting to get run down Cleanliness, the outside doors were unlocked all night long did not feel that safe.

The first room had a broken window, broken lock on the door ,ripped curtains, dirtycoffee pot - I asked to change rooms and there wasn’t any so we kept the luggage rack in front of the room door to sleep. The second room , the following day was dirty , stains on the box spring, toe nail clippings on the floor dirt and cereal in the drawers. Really unacceptable

I usually have a good stay at the compfor Inn. But 50 dollars for a pet stay is ridiculous. My window was broken in the room and the ice machine was not working for weeks. My room was right next to the pool and it smelled very musty. I had my grandkids with me age 6 and 4 and there was no bathtub for them to bath in. The TV is very small also. The lady at the desk was very pleasant though.

The outside landscaping has kne high weeds. While it has a large and adequate parking lot, it needs repaving. The front desk rarely had an attendant at it. You had to ring a bell to get their attention with a definite lack of enthusiasm. The ice machine was broken. We were there for 3 nights, only saw breakfast on the last morning (Sunday) . No loss Tim Horton’s is minutes away. While our room was large it was dark. The drapes were partly off their tracks making it hard to open and close. A rubber bath mat would have been helpful as the tub was slippery getting in and out. Towels were missed matched and had seen better days. The first morning I went to use the wall mounted hairdryer and it would not work. Husband went to front deck and it was quickly replaced.🤗 The real loss of points: the fitted sheet had worn out elastic, only on the corners and was off the mattress each morning.. NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR. YUCK!!! There was the “insert” only from a duvet as a blanket. Both fitted and top sheet were thin and worn out. We come up frequently to visit our daughter and friends. Highly doubt we’ll be back..

The room looked clean upon arrival but there was food - looked like a cookie or a biscuit-behind the dresser, the freezer was a big block of ice , the air conditioner filter and vents are filthy, then the smoke detector kept beeping, the battery needed to be replaced and I had to wait over an hour before someone came to change the battery. The bathroom pail was filthy. And the bathroom had a bad odor.

Bath room could use a little help

Breakfast was ok. I live in Rochester and I bring my 3 boys there in the summer to enjoy the pool , the gym and making waffles. It is a one day mini vacation that I can afford and they love it. We'll be back next summer. No complaints here.
-
We spent 3 days there and our room was never cleaned we had to go ask the front desk for towels toilet paper and coffee for each morning

Our family stayed for 2 nights and we were not impressed. The property is in desperate need of renovations. Our room was okay but did not meet my standards of clean. The washroom needed a good scrub down and the shower curtain had a funky smell. The carpets were dirty and in need of a steam cleaning. We didn't use the pool because the water looked murky. The windows had a gross film which was not appealing. Overall disappointed.

We had a great night! Staff was very helpful and polite, rooms were clean and neat.
-
I booked hotel strictly for the pool which was closed everyday I was there. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

While the hotel breakfast was just okay, the location is highly convenient—you're close to a Racetrac gas station, Cracker Barrel, and several other spots, especially if you drive or use Uber/Lyft. The only minor issue was that my blanket wasn't fully clean when I arrived late on the first night and just wanted to sleep. Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay. I look forward to booking here again!
