Our suite was also a pleasant surprise. The full-sized fridge and two TVs were a nice touch. Finally, the breakfast was a delicious way to wrap up our stay and prepare for our trip home.

All good

Overall, very happy with the stay there.

It was quiet and clean. All the staff we encountered were very nice.

The suite was nice. Great water pressure. King bed wasn’t comfortable for me. Check in was great with a young lady that knows how to finger spell. Check out was not great since the different lady was on her personal phone dismissing me when I asked for a check out confirmation. Breakfast was alright. Just disappointed that there’s no bacons when I looked forward to them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Clean and efficent. Solid breakfast and room.

This was my first time at the hotel. The lobby area was nice but my room was really nice. I really liked that it have a living room area as it was my first time in a king suite. The room was very clean. I definitely will be staying there again. Also the staff were friendly so that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was very rundown and dirty. Aside from general grime, we found food wrappers and leftover garbage from prior customer’s breakfast. The glasses were all very clearly dirty and unusable. The room was also in a very rundown condition. The door would not lock and appeared to have had the door kicked. Will not stay here again.

Our stay here was okay overall. The cleanliness of the room was decent, but it definitely had some flaws. The mattress on the sleeper bed was not very comfortable, and the carpet looked a bit dirty in a few spots. On the bright side, the front desk staff and the breakfast team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is a fine place to stay, but the room comfort could be improved.

My stay on the 26 to the 28th was bad, I didn't like how they changed my credit card full price before I even stayed there they should have held the reservation till I got their instead of taking the full price off my card because I wanted to pay cash, and there needs to be security there because you had kids running up and down the hallways all hours of the night, and closing I still haven't had the damage fee put back on my credit card yet a total of $300 dollars for the 2 rooms and if it's not there by the end of this week I will get the Attorney General involved

Glass and garbage laying around the doorways and in the halls, freezing cold pool , stepped on glass in the pool and so did my daughter.. air conditioner broke and soaked our luggage and woke us up in the middle of the night.... The general manager was rude to us, laughed at me and offered to refund 50% of ONE of our nights....... Will never be back ever
-
The room was clean and comfy but the pool wasn't open, they charged me for parking when I checked out. Not the best stay ever.

The service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory, particularly given that we were accommodated in a room category inferior to our confirmed reservation. This experience falls short of the standards we associate with the Hilton brand.
