Staff is great. Hot-tub WAY too hot. And every time I stay there, the pool heater is broken and no one uses it, because it is ice cold. Also they have a happy hour Mon-Wed with wine beer and food at no cost. I am sober and asked if they have any lemon tea. The little snotty girl with the Niki headband said I could go buy one in the restaurant/bar area. I told her about their free happy hour and because I am sober and do not drink I have to pay for a tea bag. THAT IS JUST NOT OKAY. I was there for 5 days and didn't even ask for my room to be tidied. The little brat needs to grow up and stop having attitude.

Clean rooms, parking ramp, nice pool, amenities were really nice, super comfy beds and within walking distance to Mayo. Will definitely stay again.

The room & property was comfortable. Only dislike was the taste of the water. The machines needed new filters or maybe just the water in that area. I have stayed here many times & will continue to.

I loved the Staff in particular. The people working there were so nice. Maddy and Affinity were two of the friendliest people I have met. There was "a Social" on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening: free drinks and food. This was such a kind gesture and meant an awful lot to me and I imagine the many other patrons staying in the hotel, the majority of whom, I presume, were in Rochester for health-related Mayo Clinic reasons.

Very modern beauty They put me in the wrong room and when I came back, there was another family in the room they put me in. Not a good start for Father’s Day as it was just me and my son. My son was upset due to the room change
