Did not realize that booking through second party breakfast was not included. Also perhaps specified(?) but not realized, was that parking was an additional fee. So it did not turn out to be quite the deal we thought we were getting.

It's a very friendly and cheerful place with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our needs in spite of late check in and early departure. Impressed and grateful.

This approach contrasts sharply with the exceptional service provided by Milton, the night-shift clerk, whose outstanding customer service significantly enhanced my stay. It is disappointing that such a positive experience was not consistently delivered by other staff members..He was extremely helpful and extending my stay extension 1

This place was amazing! Better than the pictures showed. After an initial snafu with our room, they made things right with an incredible room upgrade - One that we were not expecting. So clean, wonderful amenities, and a 12 PM checkout were all great touches. Highly recommend!!

Hotel was convenient and clean. There is limited hotel parking on property so we had to find parking in the nearby neighborhood. Nit convenient when you have bags or night time events.

Here’s a polished five-star review you could post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at the Even Hotel in Rochester and would definitely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We stayed in a king room, and it was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was one of the nicest we’ve experienced in a hotel. The shower was modern, spotless, and had outstanding water pressure with both a rainfall showerhead and a standard showerhead. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering all the continental favorites—eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, and more. Everything was fresh and well stocked. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, which were clean and well maintained. The hot tub was actually hot, which isn’t always the case! We opted for the underground parking for an additional $20, and it was well worth it for the convenience and protection from the weather. The elevators were quick, making it easy to get around the hotel. The location was another plus. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, including Red Cow, which was just a couple of blocks away and absolutely delicious. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and a convenient location. Highly recommend!

The hotel costs a little more than other in the Mayo Clinic area, but it’s very nice overall. The only issue was the parking garage was filled and overflow is several blocks away. But the room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable.

Room was very nice, bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet as well! Everyone was friendly and very helpful! We did leave the bar without a drink after waiting for 30 minutes. 1 bartender for a busy Saturday night seems a bit off.

Bed was comfortable, shower was perfect, room was quiet even though it was facing the streets. Breakfast included was ok. Didn't try the paid breakfast. Everything was great. No complaints. Will definitely go back
