The stretching/exercise tools in the room were an unexpected and welcomed surprise. All was clean and new. Staffing was light, especially at reception. The staff there were delightful, but obviously stretched.

Parking situation is awful. They messed up my registration (marked me as a no show even though I had been there for two nights. . Rented my room to another guest who walked in on me during the night). Not professional.

Rush. During breakfast put is too much for one person to handle properly wait times become problematic. Just too much responsibility for one person, when everyone needs to be leaving at about the same time.

The coffee at the restaurant in the lobby was mediocre for almost $4.

I didn’t like no room to park in the parking garage and had to go to their complementary parking area 5 blocks away. They shuttled you there and back but we had to bring car seats and stroller plus our bags to the hotel.

Did not realize that booking through second party breakfast was not included. Also perhaps specified(?) but not realized, was that parking was an additional fee. So it did not turn out to be quite the deal we thought we were getting.

$20 parking in a town this size is crazy. That’s nearly as high as South Beach.
