Clean room friendly staff

Would definitely stay here again!

Overnight stop. Good night's sleep in a clean room for a fair price. Breakfast was from 7-9, despite sign showing 6-10. Dog friendly.

The room was large and the bathroom was accessible. The facility was well located for shopping and restaurants. 😊

Breakfast was minimal but good. No fruit

Three night stay in the very hot summer. We requested clean towels and the trash emptied the third day first thing in the am. I'm all for reducing water waste but after showering twice with the same towels and the trash overflowing we were well within our request. Front desk said they would try to get to it but requests needed put in the day before. Nothing on the sign on the bathroom mirror indicated this. We came back at seven that night after another full day in the sun and had to inconvenience the night shift front desk lady. She pulled out our wet towels, brought fresh and we had already pulled our trash into a bag we happened to have from shopping. I felt terrible for her. I'm not sure where the issue really is... Short staffed, management trying to save and reduce or the morning front desk person. What I do know is that we slept great, breakfast was good, room was clean when we arrived and the front desk person who helped us was fantastic. But with the request made early that morning and not being taken care of... and feeling like we were inconveniencing someone over the request we will not be back. Management needs to look into this. We are in the area often and thought we found a new place.

I booked a night with Expedia for one night, I then realized I had the wrong night booked so I called Expedia directly to get it cancelled and book for the right night. The woman on the phone told me she had taken care of everything so I continued with my day. A few days later I get to looking at my bank statement and I’m charged with 2 nights even though it was cancelled. Now there’s nothing they can do I’m just out $110. These companies care about 1 thing and that 1 thing is definitely not the customer. If you do a cancellation you better get paperwork because they they will screw you if not.

The staff could have been more helpful. Checkout was at 11:00am and they were pounding on my door at 11:01am even after I told them I would be out of the room within 10 minutes.

The property was very well maintained and the staff were excellent! We needed to check in a bit early due to an unforeseen circumstance and they accommodated my family without hesitation! The breakfast was good as well!
