Very easy to book. Marvin our virtual front desk person was great to deal with very friendly and professional. No issues at all.

The room had an odor near the door and refrigerator; the lights did not work in the bathroom and the closet had trash in floor. The room didn't look like it had been professionally cleaned oppose to just changing the linen and towels.

The property and room were not clean. We cleaned our room our selves upon arrivval. Food on the wall, carpet smelled of an odor that would not go away all week. Will not stay there again ever.

Mostly nice and clean property though our room had a distinct odor to it and part of the floor was not real clean. Front desk staff were very good and efficient at check-in and we checked out with a virtual agent at 9am the next morning. Breakfast was very sparce with only a few choices and those were not in abundance. Overall for the price it was a decent place to stay and there are lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Danielle was and the front seat and very friendly and attentive. We had an issue with our room being highly humid and potentially have some water damage based on what we saw but she and Robert got us a new room immediately that was better. Danielle even called up later to make sure things were good. The hotel itself was very mid tier. Ideal for a quick stay based on our experience.

When I arrived, there was no staff around the place smelled like marijuana. There was trash everywhere outside. There was a line of people waiting that where I rate because there was no one there. I walked out and tried to cancel, and they won't allow me.

Nothing N/A Because I am local resident in South Carolina, I was unable to stay. I was able to book online But once I got there in person to check in the lady at check informed she could not give us a room because we were local.
