Extended Stay America Suites Rock Hill

When i booked this hotel no where did it tell me that they lock the doors after 11pm and if someone is there they will let you in. They also never said that I was responsible for bring/buying my own toilet tissue, an i had no bath towels in my bathroom just hand towels and washcloths and when I went to the front desk to tell them and ask if they could bring me some, they seemed annoyed and never brought me any. The room was dirty, the breakfast was stale or ice cold. I heard good things about this hotel but I could give them zero stars i would.

Clean but room was musty smelling and kitchenette appliance are old. Bathroom needs to have more attention on details for cleaning.

Would NOT recommend nor will I stay there again

The lady was nice that checked me in This was false advertisement, it stunk like dogs, no cushions on outside patio, it was filthy, shower head rusted and handle was broken, no coffee pot, got a suite linen and mattress was not as you see in pics advertised, drawer wouldn't close in kitchenette and ran into it several times. No pots, pans, utinsels, dishsoap etc. breakfast was mini individually packed muffins nutri-grain bars and oatmeal and the only time there was coffee was in the morning and that was it the rest was you have to buy it out of the machine. I end up having to leave the next day because it was just so disgusting I want my money back and I was still charged all the way to Sunday when I left Friday evening.

Liked that it was easy getting in and out. Really liked the size of the rooms. It was very spacious. Lobby and hallways felt clean when walking in. I was excited until we entered our room. Definitely could use a good deep clean. Walls, pictures and carpet need a good clean. The kitchen floor area felt sticky. We actually kept our shoes on because the floors didn’t feel clean. Shower walls still had shampoo or soap running down the wall. Room had a very weird smell. I had to go buy some spray to help with it. If the rooms had a really good deep clean it would have been perfect for our stay.

I loved the space, cleanliness and the staff was amazing!!! The bed comfort wasn't to my liking.

Phone didn't work, some outlets didn't work. Ice machine out of ice.

Location The staff was nice, the room was horrible. The A/C had a puddle of water on the carpet, they were aware of it and still put us in that room. There was dirty underwear and socks from previous people left on the floor in our room. The toilet wouldn’t work several times. They said complimentary breakfast was included in our rate, they didn’t have any breakfast at all.

Had very little to nothing for breakfast

The rooms on the second has such a pungent stench of feet!!! The pillow case smelled like pis. Once I was moved the tv in the first floor room went out.

The desk clerk told me that they do not book rooms to local residents. He told me I had to cancel my reservation and he would refund the money but never did. Must have been because I’m black smh.

Room was large, but smelled of urine and pets. Leak in ceiling of shower at random times.

Breakfast was shoddy. Not a variety to choose from. For the money we pay to stay there, a better breakfast would be awesome alone with a better cafeteria or eating longe. No tables to eat from is awful. Plus, there's no one to give out new towels and wash cloths for a three day stay. Fresh face cloths and towels are essentials. I did see washers and dryers, but wasn't told that I could use them to do my dirty laundry. The hotel was in a very nice location. Its cleanliness was superb and often times I had to wait for an attendance to discuss payments and other business.
