Noisy banging started at 4 am

Cleanliness of the facility Too small of room and only one chair to sit in.

The iron in the room had to be replaced and it was very promptly, due to rusty water leaking from the steam holes.

Love this hotel. Staff is so nice, rooms are super clean and location is convenient to everything

Exceptional

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Would liked to have a coffee maker and a microwave. A coffee maker and microwave.

Our experience was great.

Have stayed here before and it is always clean, comfortable and location is convenient on our travels. Breakfast has nice choices and the coffee is good. This is a happy stop when traveling.

Bad

overall good stay

Clean and well lit The $25 early check in fee. When the Booking offered me to request an early checkin if a room was available I didn’t see anything about a fee. But was charged $25. I was already there so of course I just paid it.

Very nice and clean. Good customer service NA

Maids only came once to room and I was there a week
