Comfort Suites Rock Hill Manchester Meadows Area

It was a great stay. It should have been disclosed before we got there that they had the pool closed. Pretty disappointing.

Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Refused our stay due to my husband's disability requiring a service animal, despite the fact that they list the hotel as accepting pets and service animals. I was told by staff my stay had been refunded. 2 days later, not only was I charged for my stay, I was also advised by another staff the refund was never issued. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager or receive a refund for a hotel room I never stayed in due to staff refusal.

My stay at Comfort Suites was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. Parking was convenient and the breakfast was great.

Very nice place. Room was clean and the hotel appeared to be recently renovated. Front desk very polite and helpful. Great breakfast in the AM. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. Rock Hill was clean and very nice as well.

Everything was amazing helpful staff clean spacious room our stay was 4 days when we left out was not expecting staff to clean room empty trash and replace wash clothes and towels I absolutely will stay here again the washer was not working but I believe they are under construction .i mean this place was better than the Cambria suites that they claim is so luxurious it was horrible was better than the la Quinta up the street we stayed at the weekend prior for our sons basketball tournaments at rockhill sports center .just a great places to stay we where more than satisfied . Thankyou

The hotel is being worked on so that is a plus. We had a newly remodeled room so it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room had recently been renovated, so everything was new and nice. Some of the front desk staff seemed frustrated when they had to quit talking on their personal phone in order to help me… but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, it was a great location, tons of things to do nearby, and tons of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

Kayla the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing !We stayed 6/26-6/28 hotel was under renovation so it was a lil noisy (to be expected) but they did stop working at a decent time.Overall I would recommend staying here .Hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful!Thank you again Ms Kayla for making our stay amazing ! ::came for an Adidas basketball tournament

Very accommodating staff. Under remodel but still very clean and comfortable.

Could not find the hotel you booked me into. After an exhaustive search, I stayed at a Confort Inn across from Carowinds Amusement park. Staff tried to find my reservation to no avail! Thanks for the $124 dollar a night big nothing!

Location was great. Renovations were going on.

My son called the hotel the Friday night to say he wasn’t coming that day but he will arrive early the next day. When he arrived at 10 am Saturday they had gave away the room! They were fully booked. Very rude. Not okay
