Very nice hotel for the price. The included breakfast was acceptable. The room was clean and we had no issues. Overall, better than expected and I'd stay here again.

Pool closed main reason i picked it. Staff was great . Was being remodeled smelled like glue room was clean and breakfast was good

I had a dog with me, but there are no accessible stairs so I had to take her on the elevator. It’s fine with me, but I try and keep her away from people who might not enjoy dogs. Hard to do when you are trapped in a box. The pet fee is $25 per night, not per stay as the listing says. You also are charged a $100 deposit, so keep that in mind. There are much better, cleaner, and friendlier options if you need a pet friendly place to stay.

Rooms were clean and that’s about it. The elevators sounded like it could fall at any moment and you could not access the first floor from either of the stairs due to construction. Pool was not open and wasn’t originally listed upon booking.

Room #2 we moved to after room #1 was not ready for customers Room #1 First room we reserved the first thing we noticed was the door peep hole was stuffed with tissue paper don't know why probably sight glass was missing then we noticed the first bed closet to door was not made don't know if someone never changed sheets or someone used it before we arrived management changed our room #2 was clean and good never had anything like that happen to us when reserving a room but after we were in the new room there was no other problems.

When we got to the hotel to.check in, there was a surprise $100 deposit for the room. We requested to be placed near our other families rooms, and they refused to accommodate. When we did get to our room, the peep hole was removed with paper towels shoved into it which could have been removed from the outside to let anyone look in. The door also did not latch unless you slammed it. Outlet fell out of wall when removing plug. Requested room change which they did do. The pool was closed and no part of the first floor(ice machine, vending machines, gym) was open due to construction. Breakfast was the bare minimum for a "buffet". Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the breakfast was very good. someone urinated in the elevator and on first floor lobby area. it seemed to take all night to get the smell away

They didn’t clean the room. They just made the bed and replaced towels. There was hair embedded in many of the towels and washcloths. I had an allergic reaction to whatever detergent they used. Only bar soap, tiny. One per room. Remodeling- paint fumes

Property was in the process of being refurbished, therefore everything was not usable. But what had been finished was wonderful. Unfortunately all the special amenities were out of service. Breakfast was fine, but not spectacular. Would stay there in the future.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would be useful to know pool and bottom floor are under renovation and not available for use. I was however informed at check in. Good value
