Home2 Suites by Hilton Rock Hill

Quiet. Friendly. Stayed one night. If any complaints maybe the biscuits at breakfast were stale

The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was clean, spacious and easily accommodated all of us.

Super friendly staff, enjoyed my staff the room was clean and the free breakfast so many choices.

The sheets in the bed needed replaced. Breakfast wasn’t stocked very well. Arrived late and front desk was complaining about a group that was staying at the hotel.

Stay was great! Clean rooms and great breakfast.

Nice big rooms

For someone who is very picky. I enjoyed my stay here. Especially the breakfast. The bed was comfortable and eat water in the shower was perfect!

The breakfast was good especially for a big family. The rooms were good just didn’t like the three day cleaning policy with a family of five. However, the kids enjoyed the pool and gym. Close to many stores and restaurants.

Great size, clean and pet friendly!

Location Room smells like dirty dog. The sofa was filthy and in poor condition. The carpets were filthy.

Nothing

Everything was excellent & there breakfast every morning was so good. Will highly recommend to anyone

great breakfast. Bathroom was tiny. Door hit the toilet seat every time it was opened or closed. The shower leaked out onto the floor but not from the door. It leaked from underneath. Kitchen area was very nice to have. Good size refrigerator. Tiny bathroom.

The front desk staa was so helpful. She was so welcoming

We really like this place. Great area, many things to see and do. Their breakfast was good. The room we stayed in was a handicap accessible with a roll in shower, also open bed frame not platform bed. It did meet our needs. The only downfall that upset us was the parking spaces out front were quite smaller than expected for or vehicle with a side ramp. Not enough space for us to get out of our van safely without hitting the car parked next to us. Then the door close to the designated parking area had no accessible button to open the doors! It was a struggle to say the least. Some kind person helped us with holding the door open. Hilton really needs to address this issue. They do have an accessible side door entrance; a big box truck was parked there. We could've done that side; we would have lost the special parking spot.

Hundred percent recommend this place
