My wife and I travel extensively and have stayed in many, many places. Simply put, this was one of the best managed and most immaculate places we've ever stayed. The staff were exceptional, the building was immaculate, the bedding was very good, the breakfast excellent.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The sitting parlor was large and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in town and an easy walk to the museum and the restaurants. Our room was charming and had a comfortable bed but the room size was small . The shower is separate from the toilet and sink area. It was cramped with the 2 of us. It would have been more comfortable for one person. There was just not a lot of floor space.

LimeRock Inn is lovely. Ashley met us at the door and showed us around the Inn. Our room was on the first floor and, although not large, provided everything we needed. The shower was huge. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was especially nice. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were excellent ! Would come back !

Ashley made and offered us a wonderful breakfast of homemade pancakes, sausage, a special fruit/yogurt dish, and delicious coffee. The breakfast was as good as any one could get at an upscale restaurant. N/A - this B&B has thought of all the amenities that make a stay lovely. Quiet neighborhood and guests helped!

The inn is charming and updated with modern bathrooms.

What a delightful place to stay! Ashley is an amazing host and everything was perfect. The house is a lovely old victorian with recently redecorated rooms, all very beautiful and comfortable. There's a delicious and ample homemade breakfast, made to order, and a comfy lounge to relax in. Ashley also had plenty of knowledge and recommendations about the area, things to do, etc. The house has plenty of off-street parking and is only a five minute walk from everything in downtown Rockland - shops, restaurants, ferry, museums, library, etc. Highly recommended and will definitely be back! Nothing comes to mind. Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea were always available. That was great. The hostess was lovely.
-
We love the location of the inn. It is close to downtown with its cafes, shops and galleries.
-
Beautiful historic property in downtown Rockland. Quaint and comfortable accommodations. Delicious breakfast. Lots of attention to detail and super friendly host. There was nothing we didn’t like.
-
Our room was sunny, warm and bright. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was scrumptious. There wasn’t anything to complain about.

Breakfast was very good with friendly, efficient service. Location was excellent, a short walk to Main St. and galleries and restaurants yet on a quiet mostly residential street with a lovely front porch and garden. My room was the "Petit Manan" and it was indeed petit. That said, it was well appointed, with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.
-
Lovely quiet spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Pleasant sitting room with lots of light. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Innkeeper wrote a neat book that includes a history of the building, and nine interesting writeups of locations on Maine Coast - one for each of the nine rooms. Nice touch. Room we stayed in could gave used one more lamp.

Excellent breakfast; spotless facility; very friendly and helpful staff all in a beautifully restored 1890s home
