Hampton Inn & Suites Rockland

Had no idea that the hotel was going to be under construction and the scaffolding was right outside my window with men working on it windows were covered up with plastic. Complained about the people above me not sure what was going on. I wasn’t sure if there was kids with scooters going back-and-forth or a large dog, but it was driving me crazy I called down three times and went down to the front desk and got no answers or any solution.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel within minutes of all Rockland area offers.

This was my second stay at hotel. Some areas have undergone renovations so it has a newer vibe to it. My king room was very confortable for my husband and I. The bathroom was spacious eough for the two of us to get ready for a party. Room has all the usual amenities such as refigerator, iron and enough space for suitcases and spreading out. I highly recommend this property.

Newly renovated!

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. We were on the second floor conveniently located near the elevators and didn't hear any noises outside our room at any time that we were there. The beds were comfortable and we slept soundly. We took advantage of the pool which was also clean and well maintained. The temperature of the air and water were perfect for relaxing after a long drive that day. Breakfast was nicely set up and there was a pleasant staff member making sure everything was in good order and working properly. The only thing and it wasn't a big deal was that the fridge wasn't cold and we couldn't find any way to make it colder. Other than that we can't think of a thing we didn't like

It was very good especially for the two day weekend. Great breakfast. Construction was being done but it wasn’t a major issue. Only problem I had was the very thin walls allowed a lot of noise in between rooms.

They did a great job on everything. There is renovations and that is why I lowered a couple things above, but they really are doing a great job trying to continue providing superb service during the expected mess of renovations. N/A

Parking was easy

Ample parking. Okay breakfast. Renovations were underway in the lobby. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Oh yes; dog treats in the lobby; BIG help with me maneuvering puppy dog outside with 3 legs and 15 years old; rearranging rugs to accommodate him as he’s terrified of falling on wood, linoleum, and tile floors. These people WERE NOT ASKED for help either; they saw me struggling with my back issues; jumped right in to make accessibility easier for my baby doggy!

I loved the breakfast options, the front desk staff was beyond nice and accommodating and our room was very clean. However, the added construction was a bit off putting as there was a lot of loud noises.

Everything was perfect except they are doing construction on the hotel. This made things loud and dusty in different parts of the hotel. Thankfully the dust or noise was not an issue in our room. Just the common areas of the hotel.

Lack of cleanliness and hotel staff were rude.

We like going there so we can have a room with a hot tub in it. The tub was really clean. But when we checked in, the clerk said that the hot tubs were being removed. There seemed to be an issue with the heat in our room. We really couldn’t get it regulated like we wanted it. Also the hot tub rooms are being removed and replaced with regular queen rooms. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired. The breakfast is usually quite good. But this time, the bacon was beyond over cooked, the potatoes were way too spicy.
