Park Inn by Radisson, Detroit Metro Airport

So if there is a hotel next door that is only $10 more with a full breakfast, no smell, bigger beds, and is just generally nicer, I would recommend spending the extra money.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel is making some upgrades and I was told it should be ready in 2027.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I didnt like the guy in the parking lot. I don't know if he's the undercover security or what, but he was very creepy. He walk with a limp. He literally stood by my car staring in. I got really annoyed and that's when he walked away. Yeah, I felt very uncomfortable. Other than that. My stay here was good.

The walls were kicked loudly throughout the night. Front desk didn't move me.

The room was spacious and clean. There were no cribs or playpens available. We didn't know there wasn't an elevator available.

The day shift manager listed to our issues Night manage wasn't to helpful We had to wash down the bathroom No outlets by the beds went and asked for an extension cord. Night desk clerk told there wasn't any. Needed it for a cpap machine 15 mins later he brings us a long orange one. Clerk not very happy or helpful but he did find a cord

The second night everything was quiet.

Not applicable. Didn’t have brakfast We were told by 2 separate individuals that you had walk in shower. By the time we got there and found out it didn’t, it was too late to change or find another hotel. We did find one but it was already taken. When you have a wife who is handicapped, she was unable to take a shower for 2 days.

The shuttle and staff.. great. Location. Good.. Safety? Alright.. room was USEABLE if in a bind.. it was clean enough, but definitely spooky vibes and the smell of smoke and chemicals in the room HORRIBLE, I had to wear a mask to make it work.

CANCELLATION OF MY ROOM AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE FULL

We came to check in, in front of us, there was someone also did checked in. He spoke to reception for 30 minutes, in the meantime, we have to wait until he stops speaking. There were 2 men in the Reception, they just focused to that man. We checked in after that guest done speaking, unfortunately, we have to wait for 45 minutes until the room ready. The room was stuffy, there is no hotel latch Anti-lock. wobbly toilet. Lucky I dont have to stay 1 night, we checked out at 2.30 am. I have been in many Park Inn by Radisson chain, but this is the worst. Hope management can sort this out, starting how Reception handle the guest.
