The renovation they did is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. It’s very clean BUT the building is old. Despite new carpet in the hallways, it reeks of cigarette smoke that penetrates into the rooms. Towels are of mediocre quality. Air system is old. I wish the air was as fresh as the lobby air then I’d give it a 4/5 but it’s musty and gross regardless of how pretty it looks which is unfortunate

Room was clean, staff were nice, recently renovated, bed isn't comfortable but it isn't the worse either. Super close to the outlet mall. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

I loved how clean it was, staff was amazing, ( even the cleaning crew) it was beautiful, the price was really good I was surprised because how nice the hotel was. I will stay here everytime I come to Chicago if the room is available The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t stay longer

Shuttle bus horrible service,the person who picked us up made my family to get hurt due to the bad driving and irresponsible way to drive while carrying elderly people inside of the bus!!!!

This hotel was great for me and my partner… staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The ambiance was very cool and chill… the Resturant had very good options and bar were very nice… love the bar stools!

I booked this hotel for a stay-cation for my husband and I. The staff was great and the property is nice. We checked-in about 3 hours after the check-in time and our room was not cleaned properly. There was debris under the ice bucket, coffee grinds left on the disposal lids, and an open disposal coffee cup was left with the unopened coffee cup. I also discovered a clump of black hair left in the shower as well, which prompted the desire to request a new room. Unfortunately, they were completely booked. The front desk attendant apologized and sent housekeeping to clean the shower and comped our parking. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and the room overall was nice.
