Clean and new All good

I love everything. I was disappointed by my interaction with the blonde receptionist at the front desk. When I asked for clarification about breakfast, she brought her fingertips together and repeated her explanation in a way that made her seem annoyed by my questions. English is not my first language, and I simply wanted to make sure I understood the breakfast arrangements. Her response made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A little patience and a respectful explanation would have made a big difference.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and the CIMA, the restaurant was very good. It was in a good location convenient to the airport.

Hotel was great. It was in a great location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing. We arrived and were told that the hotel had overbooked and we would be transferred to another hotel !!!! After flying for 14 hours non stop amd getting to the hotel to be told this at the reception by an extremely cold and unfriendly receptionist is not acceptable. The least they could have done is alerted us earlier. There was no assistance with baggage too. We unloaded and reloaded all bags on our own.

Superb

A beautiful and very well maintained hotel closer to O'Hare and across the street from Rivers Casino. The only thing that would be useful would be a small shop or vending. There are no close shops to buy drinks or the like.

Clean, good bed Offered airport transport Waited 1 hrs never came Paid for taxi to get there Staff didn't care at all The electronica music was literally blasting .... on arrival-12:30am And on exit-6:30am Not atmospheric, calming or appropriate. Never answered my 4 attempts to make contact for "free " transport Pricy too! coffee pot was broke in room Then paid 7.50 for a desperate latte This stay was a bust for sure!!!

The hyatt shuttle took us yo different hyatt property and never asked us about shich hyatt we were goong to. That took one hour of our 5 hours to sleep.
