The hotel was AWFUL. They didn’t take any responsibility and said that when you store bags with them, they aren’t liable for loss! They didn’t apologize or even offer to comp anything! They didn’t ask if I needed a toothbrush or anything to help me out. The Westin and the entire Marriott should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute low class operation. I will never stay at a Westin property again. I’m still filing police reports to this day

Loved the rainfall shower head. Bathroom was luxurious. Convenient carlucci restaurant across the street was delicious.

Room was too cold, thermostat would not move pass 70°. Bathroom was dusty, especially the cups left in the bathroom.

Very comfortable bed. Nice room. Not super quiet tho. Could hear doors slamming in hall.
