The Westin O'Hare

Five star hotel as it should have been! Fantastic after having leave a hotel earlier that was literally disgusting. This place was exceptional. Maybe a little pricey but it was a last-minute had no choice for no other rooms were available in the area. No breakfast included however which would have been nice at nearly $400 for the night.

Very clean

The Westin in Rosemont is a nice hotel. I wish they had a shuttle to the convention center down the road. That's a heck of a walk in the heat and rain.

Very clean and staff was friendly! Enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Only thing I disliked was you had to pay for parking. Paying for parking only downfall.

Everything Liked it all

Room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities and was had plenty of towels. Hotel was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking fee was kinda high but overall comparable to other hotels. It was secure parking though.

The shower was beautiful and the rooms were super clean.

This hotel was excellent, premium bedding, very clean, great customer service! The only thing I’d recommend is to have a broader menu available for the room service, but the food was hot, delivered in a very timely manner et and was very good!

Great location and beautiful hotel.

Stayed here two years in a row for convention and I'd stay here again. Hotel is very nice and modern. You don't really need a car if you are staying here for a convention. They offer a free airport shuttle. The convention center and a few local restaurants are within walking distance. Also, if you have time to visit Chicago, light rail to the city is within walking distance of this hotel.

arrived on time and no room was available... missed my appointment because a room was not available despite arriving after my check in time... staff did not seem to care ... housekeeping was amazing though never missed a detail

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, very large lobby for chatting with friends. Great room service and restaurant. Very helpful staff. An all around excellent stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant/bar, the food was excellent. There's also a nice lobby lounge area next to it.

Shuttle to airport is fine. Location is okay for the airport but bad if you want to access anything nearby other than driving. Staff were fine. Hotel cleaning is not to any reasonable standard. Climbed into bed and found black hair all over the sheets in one of the two beds. Long black hair and what looked like short leg hair. Absolutely disgusting. Checked the second bed which app appeared clean and was too tried to complain after a long day with cancelled flights so just slept there. Spent the night tossing and turning feeling itchy from the idea of a bed full of someone else’s hair. Won’t be returning. The bathrooms were also poorly cleaned. Soap scum all over the silver shower heads, etc.

Nice place to stay if just a quick stay otherwise not many amenities

There were view dust here and there however everything was good this Hotel.
