Love staying at the Westin when visiting Chicago. Large clean rooms, nice helpful staff- what more could you ask for!

One night stay after our flight was cancelled at ORD. At check in I asked for a room with a shower due to an injury but I was told the hotel was fully booked and our room had a shower/tub. After pushing, a room with just a shower became available. The Manager explained that 3rd party booking like mine are not prioritized and because I had no status at this Marriott property, I get what I get. The room was filthy, the showers, sink, hairs everywhere. Poor poor housekeeping. The floors seemed liked it had never been washed with things stuck to it. My son’s white socks soon became brown/black. I didn’t bring this up with the hotel because of how dismissive my previous interaction with the manger was. We left early in the am for our flight. Shuttle bus was convenient.

Location to the airport is perfect! ALL the staff was friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was spotless!

Exceptional

Five star hotel as it should have been! Fantastic after having leave a hotel earlier that was literally disgusting. This place was exceptional. Maybe a little pricey but it was a last-minute had no choice for no other rooms were available in the area. No breakfast included however which would have been nice at nearly $400 for the night.

Very clean

The Westin in Rosemont is a nice hotel. I wish they had a shuttle to the convention center down the road. That's a heck of a walk in the heat and rain.

Very clean and staff was friendly! Enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Only thing I disliked was you had to pay for parking. Paying for parking only downfall.

Room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had all the amenities and was had plenty of towels. Hotel was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking fee was kinda high but overall comparable to other hotels. It was secure parking though.

This hotel was excellent, premium bedding, very clean, great customer service! The only thing I’d recommend is to have a broader menu available for the room service, but the food was hot, delivered in a very timely manner et and was very good!

Stayed here two years in a row for convention and I'd stay here again. Hotel is very nice and modern. You don't really need a car if you are staying here for a convention. They offer a free airport shuttle. The convention center and a few local restaurants are within walking distance. Also, if you have time to visit Chicago, light rail to the city is within walking distance of this hotel.
