Breakfast was always hot and full

Close to O'Hare. Large room that was clean and comfortable. Staffed. Helpful. Breakfast was great. They could use more parking

Hotel is excellent. Room and washroom are clean and spacious. Modern amenities. Breakfast impeccable. Book it without hesitation. On top it, Giordano’s Pizza is across the street. Free timely airport shuttle for catching blue line of CTA.

They charged for something we haven’t got any email of why it was charged

Though the parking is not free (like any other hotel in the area), there are adequate parking spaces.

The receptionist and staff were helpful and friendly They were suppose to clean (tidy) up are room everyother day they didn't touch our room

Super clean, and very convenient to O'Hare. The family checked in and I returned the rental car and got the hotel shuttle back in less than an hour. Very friendly and helpful staff, and shuttle in the morning was great (although blasting christian rock but whatever). All in all it's super convenient for the airport, and couldn't really hear the planes at all. There is not much good food in the area but that is not the hotel's fault.

Clean and the breakfast was really good

The breakfast was just an ok kind of bland. And close to closing time a few people complained that the items would be filled up again for the customers. The one day I personally spoke to housekeeper with instructions on cleaning our room, as well as I told the front desk worker. And once we returned to our room that night, our room had never received any cleaning services. The next shift clerk agreed to compensate a comp for our troubles.

The desk clerks were super helpful at check in and check out. Parking deck was a bit confusing but we managed. Breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious. Hotel was cleanest I’ve ever seen in many years and I was sure to tell desk clerk that at check out. Room was quiet. Shower was hot. Overall 4.8 out of 5.

Rooms were very clean. Parking is not favorable if looking to park in front of the hotel. Additional parking is available in the parking garage on the second level. I will use this hotel as my go to for future Chicago visits.
