We used the airport shuttle and it started running at 4 AM which was great. Due to flight cancellations, the shuttle was overbooked, but the front desk arranged a Taxi for us, which was very nice. No snacks for guests if they had to leave before the breakfast is available…like a piece of fruit or a granola bar.

There was no vending where the signs said vending. Just an ice machine. The staff was great

Airport shuttle took us to and from the airport. During the off-peak times could take you other nearby places like the Blue Line train station. Thanks for the great time in Chicago!

I paid for breakfast included 26$ extra was assuming was for the guests in room, when try to order they said it only included 1 person, and I had to discuss it with third party. How they handle certain situations

Very well managed and clean. When brought attention to a few minor things, they were handled quickly.

I appreciate that this place was affordable. My room was cleaned and housekeeping stopped by a couple of times to my knowledge. The space was near the freeway but honestly I could barely tell. The staff were friendly. The bar wasn’t open during the times I was present which was a bit sad. In addition to that, the pool had some mold surrounding the edges which was a bit disappointing as well. Overall my experience was very good!
