Spark by Hilton Des Plaines Chicago O'Hare

This is a Airport hotel 8 minutes away from ORD. Breakfast is free. Coffee, juice different types of cereals, muffins, bagels etc. Distilled water and ice. The staff was wonderful. They help two tired travelers from a 16 hour journey across the world with an early morning room . Thanks the the Manager Maria and front desk staff

Didn't like the noisy bathroom lights automatically turns on when using the bathroom at night. Wakes up other sleeping guest. Didn't like our room next to the street, can hear cars passing by.

Extremely noisy!

The place was fine

Our stay was good, the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, parking was available. The continental breakfast could have had a few more selections. Overall a good stay.

Not very updated.

I recommend calling the hotel ahead of time to reserve the airport shuttle. This will help ensure a smooth pickup and avoid potentially long wait times. A little advance planning makes the experience much more convenient! 😊

Staff was great! MK and Shutie was able to assist me with everything I need. It was short but a great stay :)

Clean room, nice restaurant next door.

Tip: Don’t go to the diner next door.

We could not sleep because of the road noise!

Handicap accessible push button door entrance would make a nice addition to the front door. . .

No

The staff was great and they even allowed us to leave our luggage before check in so we could run some errands. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options (not enough proteins). Our room also was not service until we asked the desk on day 3. The shuttle was easy and and punctual but overall the stay was ok. If you’re there just a few nights, it’s alright but more than that and if you plan on exploring Chicago, I would reconsider. The trains are far and the uber was very expensive.

Breakfast was not great at all. Bare minimum and ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. Then had to kill a spider in the bed that I noticed in the morning so that was great knowing I was probably sleeping with it. Air doesn’t stay on while you’re gone apparently so coming back from a concert and being a heart patient walking into a 75 degree room wasn’t great as well.

It was very clean and the breakfast was better than decent. Overall I would stay here again.

Clean property and the breakfast was hot

Room was not clean- hair on sheets, hair in tub and drain, dirty toilet.

Staff was not helpful
