Spark by Hilton Des Plaines Chicago O'Hare

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Airport shuttle. I would start here again.

Always enjoy staying there. Close to things I like to do and Tiffany's the best restaurant in town is right across the parking lot. The shuttle service is great, however I miss the old shuttle., way more room

The hotel staff were wonderful. The room was very generic and overpriced. The breakfast was passable. I don't usually like to say anything negative but for $500+ for the weekend you should have received more bang for our buck.

There is no shampoo in bathroom. Also no container for conditioner. We booked shuttle for 5 am, when we came our names were not there and shuttle was full. The staff forgot to add 😞 So we ended up taking Uber.

the hotel was quiet .. the location isn’t a bad one because it’s easy to get public transportation.. all in all it’s a decent place to stay ..

Remodel has made the rooms feel clean and up-to-date. Was disappointed that the free shuttle that is shown to run starting at 5 am doesn't actually start until 5:30 am and the a/c units have a hard time keeping the room cool enough.

The room is clean but it just doesn’t small great. Also, I could hear noises from outside my room. I wasn’t impressed about the early fee charge neither.

Its not the Hilton I am used to. No coffee machine inside the room. The bed was squeaking bad, they had to change it. I won't stay there again. Its more of a motel than a hotel with room service. It wasnt bad, but it just wasn't for me.

Over all it is a nice hotel, just more options for breakfast would be good.

Older property with refreshed rooms. Tub was dirty, rest of room was clean. Heard my neighbors phone conversation and tv.

for starters staff isn’t very friendly very monotone and quiet, inspect your bed remove the sheet and there’s what seems to be blood stains? the tub had mildew and there were no trash bags in the trashcan, the elevator is super janky and crushed my mother as she was trying to get in (poor sensors ) the breakfast was bare minimum no waffles no pancakes no meat just eggs bagels and cereal with oj and water they had oatmeal as well. overall ok stay nothing spectacular. the lobby also smelt bad. parking was good.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and room met our expectations. Our room had two queen beds. The beds were very comfortable. The room was extremely functional, without wasting space. The desk had a rollout section that pivoted into an L shaped workspace. The room had a small refrigerator, but no microwave. However, there was a microwave in the breakfast area, which was just off of the lobby. The complimentary breakfast didn’t disappoint. We chose this property because it was pet-friendly and provided free shuttle service to and from the airport. We would definitely stay at Spark by Hilton again.
