Clean but the cleaning staff (one in particular) was extremely rude! FaceTimed on her phone in the hallway volume on high early in the morning for atleast an hour! We confronted her about it and she proceeded to do it and we went to the front desk about her. When we came back she was still there doing it until we took a photo for proof. Management didn’t contact us about our complaint as they should have. Breakfast started being put away before breakfast hours were over. Parking was ridiculous. Most likely it’s a never again for me due to the lack of customer service.

Breakfast menu was bolid eggs, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal packs. No microwave in the room. You have to stand on the toilet to use the sink. Staff knocked on the door at 8 am to "kick" you out when check out is at 11am. Definitely the worst stay I've ever experienced.

Room was okay , cleaning was only done when you ask for , breakfast was not good like offering ,but it look like they were supposed to mandatory do it , no bread , no banana , shuttle services not upto the mark , we missed out trade show appointment, I was supposed to attend at 11 .0 am , shuttel was suppose to come at 10.30 , but came at 11.20 , then I was ask to go to airport with other passenger ,then he would take me to convention , I had to take private transportation, sorry my stay was not upto my standard , thank you

Very clean and newly renovated rooms. I thought there would be bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, but there wasn't any.

Staff was helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well kept. Only complaint is that one of the shuttle drivers, was not very friendly, was not on time and drove like a maniac.

Someone hit my car!

The rooms were nice and clean, the lobby was clean. The only issue is that the parking lot is incredibly small. I would still rent a room there again. Just park in the back and not the front lot.

Parking was easy, shuttle to the airport was also great. I was able to ride with to get my son to the airport and checked in and then a ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Everything else was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful, Thank you!

Room good. Breakfast good. Building outside a little rough, but fine.

They gave us an extra hour for late check out which was very helpful. The beds were very comfy and cozy.
