My stay was very enjoyable. The room was on the larger side and was quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little dated, but the water pressure was good and towels relatively new. I had no problem connecting multiple devices to WiFi, but the connection was a little sluggish and downloads took a little longer than usual. Breakfast was very good -- A cold and/or hot buffet is offered and the food was much better than expected. Rivers casino is a short walk and has multiple dining options. Took the free shuttle to O'Hare. It runs every 20 minutes and take about 10-15 minutes to get the the airport.

You hear the planes from the airport. Housekeeping came knocking very aggressively at 8 am waking up my 3 year old; only to be at the wrong room!!! NO apology given. I wouldn't stay here again.

I was very impressed with this hotel!! If you have kids.... They have one of the best pool area's near O'Hare ! There staff was very nice, rooms were very clean.

No included breakfast for Hilton gold if booked on expedia. That rule sucks and will deter me from choosing hilton properties
