Big room for an excellent price Nothing

The staff was very helpful with one exception. "G....m" is in the wrong position. Maybe, maintenance, or laundry, but definitely not customer service. Kai, was exceptional! All others great. Good team. Breakfast was very good. Fresh food well prepared. Great coffee.Very clean area. Vicky was a warm and friendly attendant. Would I stay again: Yes.

It rained that night and the sound was ridiculous as it hit the drainage pipe. Sounded like someone wrestling a bag of chips all night. We did not sleep.

Very poor breakfast for Residents Inn. One waffle maker for the entire hotel, which caused a line of people waiting to use it. No eggs, potatoes, or meat. I ended up eating a bowl of Raisin Bran for breakfast

Room beginning to show its age with the carpeting and cushion on sofa bed, but we enjoyed the nice sized room, coffee in room, table, work surface, etc. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C seemed rather cool in breakfast area, but we're not used to Texas humidity either ..lol.

Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. I would stay again .
