Convenient Everything was great

The bed was very comfortable No complaints

Staff was wonderful. Kind and very helpful. Hotel was near the airport so very convenient.

The property was very clean and in a quiet area, which we loved! Only thing is our toilet was leaking water at the base, and the sliding shower doors did not stay closed all the way, therefore water escaped. Other than that, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed! Except a microwave which is only reserved for executive suites lol.

I expected a little more in amenities. But the little bistro was a nice touch

I checked in late on September 11, around 11:00 p.m.–midnight, and went directly to bed. The following morning, when I untucked the bedding on the opposite side of the bed, I discovered what appeared to be blood all over the comforter. I immediately contacted the front desk and was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also dirty. There were visible stains and what appeared to be food residue on the nightstands, the telephone was visibly dirty, and the room smelled strongly of marijuana. When I reported this, an attendant attempted to wipe down the nightstand. After already discovering blood on the bedding in my first room, I did not feel that simply wiping down one surface was an acceptable solution, so I insisted on another room. I was then moved to a third room, where I found hair in the bed. At that point, after repeatedly moving rooms and dealing with one cleanliness issue after another, I reluctantly stayed. The room changes were also handled poorly. While attempting to retrieve and move my belongings, I was locked out of the rooms, and the attendant repeatedly disappeared. Great staff, easy check in and check out. Beds were comfortable and the room was big. Only down side was the room had terrible lighting. We were in town for a wedding, so applying make up tricky. Overall good stay.

Well maintained and the food/coffee area was nice. I absolutely HATE having to pay for parking at any hotel in which I am a paying guest-- yes, its become commonplace especially at mid city locations, but that doesn't make it ok in my book. It's pure and simple a cash grab, because they CAN get away with it. Shameful.

There was both black mold and pink residue in the bathroom. You could tell that they had just painted over previous mold without proper remediation. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

Clean, quiet, shady, balcony The hallways were a bit darker to my liking.
