I did not like anything. place was dirty and unkept I will not return Fumigate. The fact that roaches were on the table grossed me out.

1st night. A) no room key- maintenance will have to let me in and out of my room. No dinner because questionable operation. B) notified front desk 4 time that the tv would not work. Around 11:00 p received a call of if I would like to move to another room. I told them I was sleeping and had an early meeting tomorrow. They then ask me if it was alright if the maintenance person come to the room when I am at my meeting to fix the television- I said yes that would be great. 2nd night. Returned from my business meeting, I had to track down the maintenance to open my door no room key. Turned on the Tv and still don’t work. Call front desk they send someone to fit it. Went to the front counter and got my key. I asked them - they never sent the maintenance person to my room as they said they would to fix the TV. I asked if I could speak to the manager or have him call my cell. They said they took the information. But when I asked both receptionist around 4:30 they said they didn’t recieve any messages. No follow through? No accountability Lack customer service They act as if they could not be bothered

The place was not well kept. Outside was most of the day littered with debre. The advertising said I would have a television to enjoy in my room that never happened One channel, maintenance did come in and look at it push a couple of buttons still on TV this is my fourth day no TV. They don't respect the do not deserve sign they'll knock anyway and continue to knock until you answer the door or the phone. For non-emergency reasons.

The staff Terrible area. We didn’t feel safe even behind the gates. There are homeless people who appear to be under the influence of meth/crack who wander the property. There was a man who was yelling at no one in particular who wandered the room area banging on the doors. Also, it seems that there are people who live in the rooms on the property who smoke marijuana which can be smelled very, very distinctly and not just when walking by their room. We also had to switch rooms due to a plumbing issue.

Private area

Staff, Bobby & Kenya were excellent in responding & accommodating our disabilities/mobility problems. Likewise, the cleanliness of the room as well as hot breakfast were excellent.

Bad staff

Everything was horrible. The breakfast the rooms it was basically people live out of hotel rooms, marijuana smoke homeless people it was awful. Never will stay there again.

We ended up not staying there we left right out to checking in the room. The smell triggered allergic reaction of one of our children he needed an EpiPen it was a smell of chemicals and cigarettes. Everything. The place is used by sketchy people, a lot of homeless people outside, the place is awful unkept, unclean, treated with harsh chemicals that created horrible smell.

Breakfast could of been alot better. More options of fruit. They Had cream cheese no Bagels. Sausages tastes like it was microwave. Eggs were plain.
