SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento North

I liked that I came into the lobby and it was cool and smelled clean. I booked through a 3rd party app (Expedia) and was unable to choose that I was bringing my ESA and service animal...well they werent sure if they could accommodate as rooms were filling up due to 4th of July weekend. Fortunately, the gentleman behind the counter got me a room and let me check in early (for a fee). I was so grateful it was hot and we were whooped from the heat and driving. The area was occupied by some homeless folks but it didn't bother me, it was gated and felt secure. Room was clean and comfy. Would recommend.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff was in professional, talking personal while checking me in. Took 30 minutes to check in. Heard knocking all night long. Or room was right next to the break room. Yours think they'd be courteous to the guests and keep quiet, nope!!!! They played loud music and talked ana laughed all night. Sounded like a party.

The hotel is outdated and located in an unsafe area. The room is not clean and the bathroom sink is clogged, so the water stays in the basin. You have to expect the quality based on the price paid.

They charged me $10.00 for a towel that I had used to wash my grandsons feet with stating it was not save able when all they had to do was wash the towel.

The room wasn’t cleaned well, hair, someone’s nail, someone’s makeup pencil, rug was sticking to our socks in some areas. There was a group partying and woke me up all night. Cops were kind during passing when we were checking out.

The hotel is very dirty,it was really bad experience I think like nothing from that hotel . It is dirty and it is not what the internet said about it . In the pool it was duck swimming

There were alot of homeless. The pool wasn't clean...people hanging out drinking alcohol. Not very family friendly. I won't recommend this hotel at all

Nothing False advertising

I make a reservation 2 days in advance and when i arrive they send me to a room that wasn’t ready it wasn’t been clean terrible service

Will never go there again!! 1st and last time. Extremely disappointed!

The small selection of breakfast food. Often places give a choice of making a waffle along with other food. The French toast sticks were hard and not tasty.

I liked the space and the good service from all the workers,smiles,smiles,smiles..... The coffee sucks a little.

The property was not clean. The carpet in the hotel was dirty. The property and surrounding area was crawling with homeless people which made the hotel feel unsafe.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Cozy bed.

Site required a $100 deposit at check in. Crummy neighborhood with weirdos on the premises.
