The place was filled with drug addicts and I’m sure there was drug deals and prostitution going on there. We called for towels they didn’t have enough for both rooms. When we were leaving the next day loading the car a man tried to fight my husband while we were loading the car. I have pictures to prove the room was clean yet when I called to ask why I didn’t get my 100$ deposit back the lady at the front desk said because of towels and sheets. I asked why and told her I have proof because there was a man with a key card trying to get in all the rooms so I took pictures. She said she was going to look up the pictures they took and send them to me and the receipt. And proceeded to hang up on me when I wanted to talk to upper management. Also it’s been 3 days and still no email with the receipt or pictures. Scary place to stay. Especially with my children! Still no awnser on my deposit!!! Nasty place

Hotel power went out in the middle of the night. Management would not comp room or any other discount. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at! There were roaches and a musky smell that airing it out didn’t help. We asked them for another room which was slightly better but the power and AC goes out. We couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk. In the morning I didn’t even get an apology, I had to ask what happened. Homeless people all around. The place is really worn down and needs Mainance. Definitely cheap to spend the night but was worse than a motel 6. Would not recommend for families.

Don’t book here, rooms have stains, homeless people, and drug users in parking lot. Not a safe place for guests or vehicles. I had an issue with booking and they weren’t helpful at all. I had to figure it out myself while on location with my family in the car watching homeless people pushing an empty baby crib near the front door.

Room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like cigarettes. 4 day stay and they never cleaned it once or removed the trash from the room. Didn't have clean towels or bedsheets in all 4 days. The complimentary breakfast was also terrible. Didn't have enough food for the guest and the staff would get mad if you grabbed the food or asked for something. Jacuzzi was dirty. Elevator smelled like human pee. The bathroom exhaust fan broken. Room had roaches crawling on you at night. Not only is the establishment dirty and smelly, Nothing like the pictures on the website. But what really put it over the top was how rude and useless their staff is. This is the hotel/motel from hell. Run for your life establishment. Don't get catfished like we did.

Excellent customer service Excellent breakfast and the lady who works in the kitchen is wonderful But there was an issue with the TV, never worked. We talked to the customer service team and we were stayed 5 nights and they didn’t fix the problem. Other than that everything is great! Chamari Liyanage From Irvine CA

My TV did not work for hours. I called to front desk and they said they would send someone to my room. No One ever came. No call to check in on my situation. TV finally came on after 2100 hrs, just in time for bedtime. I also got hassled for a meal ticket. I never received one before , and had stayed there many times over the last decade plus. I showed my room key card but that wasn’t good enough for the guard.

It was terrible from arguments in between families and front desk desk calling 911 so many homeless walking around hotel and people getting in and out of parking lot my family was not safe front desk still charge my stay and didn’t want to cooperate with a refund charge the stay that didn’t even happened..

Decent hotel, nice staff, but the breakfast was not up to par. The breakfast sausage looked suspect and the eggs tasted funny. There were bagels but no cream cheese. There weren’t any waffles, but instead pre-made soggy French toast. The coffee was super weak and not worth drinking, so overall just disappointing.

Front of the house staff didn’t care. Didn’t even look up the phone to answer questions and didn’t get up the chair to check people in. Hairs from other people were still on my pillow. We only got one towel for two people. We stayed there three nights and were not able to get more towels. Furniture broken. TV wasn’t working , FOH staff said it’s a Maintenance issue but didn’t bother to call maintenance. Breakfast potatoes were still raw. Sausages not cooked. Fire alarm battery was peeping for 3 days, nobody bothered to change it. Huge fights going on at the parking spot at night starting at 2:15 am. Woke up building an and b.
