Phone did not work, zero towels, gave numerous wash rags to dry off with. No carpet was great, I just expected floors to be clean, my feet were black after 1.5 hours.

There was a smell of urine when I turned the AC on. The bed was crooked, and I woke up with back pain. It's not a pleasant neighborhood. Despite the breakfast being good, the room was terrible. I won't be selecting this hotel anymore.

There was nothing to compliment The room smelled like a chemical factory trying to conceal something. There were prostitutes working and pimps in the parking lot exchanging with them. The clerk used my credit card to make purchases on their Amazon account. The homeless people sleeping on the curb followed me in to the lobby to watch me sign in.

The room was clean. The property was clean. The pool was clean the hot. Tub did not have any jets. The phone did not work.We had to ask for towels. The breakfast provided with the room was okay.

I was told that I would not be charged for the room until I got to the property and the money was withdrawn without my permission or presence and I am requesting a refund

It was a great location. I was there for a funeral. Property was great my room in the bathroom had mold all in it.

We arrived after midnight and wanted to shower there were no towels in the room. Only 2 face towels and 2 hand towels. I wanted to shower so I walked to front desk. They only had two bath towels. The staff was very nice though.
