Very old and ran down and very horrible unhelpful staff!

No shampoo and everything Terrible place no stuff

Very clean and spacious rooms. We also encountered helpful and kind staff. I definitely will stay again

Nobody welcomed me when I came in. And when I finally got someone to check me in it was quick and abrupt. When I got in my room it smelled heavily like cigarettes and musty. I had to quickly put my things in the room and leave for an event. When I came back is when I noticed pounding I thought okay some loud neighbor if it happens past 10 I’ll complain. Thankfully it stopped by 7 but then I started noticing all the stains. The holes in furniture and in the walls, the missing items. Like there was no coffee pot or coffee cup or coffee to make coffee or tea. I only had one set of towels for a king bed I seemed to of had a queen comforter on it. Come to find out the pounding was construction that had been going on because at 6:45 the next morning the pounding started happening again and it wasn’t until I left at 8:30 for another thing I was going to did I see. Since I was out most of the day I said whatever I’ll ignore it but when I get back, I was going to ask him as it was a Saturday. I was very confused why there would be construction. The front desk person basically said they weren’t aware that there was construction, which is an obvious lie. Anyway I got no rest no help. Awful smell. Not clean room and then on my last night and morning I saw a few cockroaches. So honestly. Don’t bother.

The room was very comfortable.

The room rate here was reasonably priced. OveraRoom was clean overall. Security monitors premise which is a plus because there were several unhoused lingering outside of the facility and lots of car

Everything especially the front desk guy who has an amazing personality The gym. Please get more equipment. I know alot of people like that spot and most would like to have a functioning gym or workout room with free weights.

The Hotel was not clean on the outside, the inside was okay, clean but not very well updated, I have to move from one room to another because the WiFi wouldn't work in my room, when I was move to another room the service was not good and kept dropping off the next work, the TV picture in my room wasn't great, dark and light spots .
