Best Western Sandman Hotel

The pool is in poor condition and dirty. The hot tub didn't work at all. I asked for pool towels at the front desk and was told there are none, the front desk person would not give us any extra towels. My key kept malfunctioning, so I had to keep going to the front desk, the 3rd time it happened I called and the front desk person came to the room, we figured out why the key was not working, I didn't realize my phone case was magnetic, so when it touched it demagnetized it. The last time she came she did not bring a key with her, so I had no key to the room. I was told I had to go to the front desk to get one. It wouldn't have been such a problem for me, except I had to get a 3 year and 11 year old to walk with me every time and it was quite a walk, they were spent.

Room was very clean and smelled good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included and all for a great rate.

It’s a good spot for the price. Not much around to eat besides McDonald’s. A lot of homeless in area.

There seemed to be a small pest problem

Staff was good. Pool and hot tub down for maintenance which I didnt know and was super disappointed. As that was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. The Mexican Restaurant just across the parking lot has really good food. Servers were nice. It did get really busy just as we sat down so service was a little slow.

Try to park as close as you can to the front desk of the hotel. A car got their back license plate stolen.

The breakfast had every regular breakfast option and a rotating daily specials menu The bedding and towels are rather old.

Nothing it was in a terrible part of neighborhood went into 4 different rooms ro only find dirty toilets and hair in tub pee on the back of wall .brought to their attention and they were so rude since they got called put never would I stay again . No one thing

Do not stay here!! It's a safety concern, the doors do not latch when you close them there are homeless men outside your room that won't shut asking for water and digging through the trash not to mention the giant cockroach you'll find in the bathroom where the shower doesn't spray in the shower so you can't use it and the bathroom has that weird moldy smell, be careful you don't lose the batteries to the remote with the missing back while you're trying to relax on the very questionable beds that move when you get up, and if you going during the summer don't expect to use the pool it will be under maintenance, you'll probably feel more and more uncomfortable the longer you stay there and decide it's safer to load your children up in the middle of the night and drive them hours home where it is safe and clean but don't expect help from anyone that works at this establishment they are useless and will refuse to give you a refund on your unsafe and unsanitary stay.

Don’t recommend at all not due to property but staff wasn’t helpful we got robbed and our room was tampered, didn’t even get to sleep the night only stayed 40 minutes and left 6 hours and our room window was tampered with proof CAMERAS WERE CUT OFF NO HELP FROM STAFF SUSPICIOUS ACTS BY SECURITY

Disappointed that the pool and spa were not open, I was looking forward to using them.

The room was ok. The restroom had left over hair on the products like shampoo and wall, The floor looked cleaned but it was definitely not. The pool was out of service,

The bathtub was cleaned right in both rooms after switching me, found hairbon the first room bed, and sink was dirty, second room after change hair was all over the bathtub. I had to wash it off and run the water to clean it so I can shower. Gave up on trying to get an other room. Also the lobby bathroom was out of order almost peeded my self due to no bathroom available. Also book said check out is 12pm but got a call saying chreck out is 11am. They were nice checked put at 11 30pm
