Awful Dirty

Went Labor day weekend. Some very late arrivals so noise late at night.2 day much better.

Noises near freeway, was a little sketchy out in streets there.

Plain yogurt.

The front desk and staff was very nice and helpful. The property needs to do better The room we got checked in to was very dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a while, there were roaches in the restroom and my son got multiple bites on both arms by bed bugs. The bed he had slept on was infested with them!

Nothing It was horribly dirty, had cockroaches, and somebody’s belongings with a bunch of sticky crap underneath the bed

Wi-Fi good room clean

roaches in the room, a dirty toenail clipping in the room, hairballs, seemed to not even have been cleaned. was also a huge puddle of water because the fridge had been left open

Pleasant

Room was clean but had some small bug. Breakfast was nice.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of TV channels to watch and they had nice amenities. The walk to old town Sacramento was nice. The location was a bit on the rough side. Several people were around that looked homeless and asking for a handout. The balcony was nice but easily accessible by anyone on the ground and several people were hanging around at the bottom or nextdoor parking lot. We were looking forward to the pool, but it had so many bugs we couldn't swim in it. Jacuzzi was also cold.

My NON-SMOKING room reeked of cigarette smoke. I tried to get a new room but was denied which really upset me. The coffee maker did not work. The sheets and comforter were not washed and filthy, also smelled like smoke. The windows did not open. The HOT TUB, was cold and they refused to heat it. I will never stay in this drug addict prostitute infested hotel again.

Great location 8 miles south of SMF, great for early morning flight and rental car return, gas stations nearby avoid airport gas pricing. Room was nice size, comfortable and clean. Adequate parking, not the best environment. Great price, but although it has a microwave the button to open the door did not work and the stopper for the drain was inoperable. Both items did not affect my stay. For the price and convenience I would stay here again.

The hotel staff are on point. very helpful. The area isn't the best and the front desk told me not to walk from old sac to my room. Great advise. Breakfast was one of the best I have had for a free breakfast, Keep up the great work. Not sure I will be back but not because of the staff or the room.
