Crossroads Inn - Downtown Sacramento

NOTHING THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE VIOLENT AND WILL KEEP DEPOSITS ! THEY SCREAM AND YELL AT YOU AND KICK YOU OUT EVEN WITH A SERVICE DOG BECAUSE THEY HATE DOGS !! WE HAD TO CALL 911 BROKEN DOWN

This establishment has no pride in their own image. And have the nerve to ask for a cleaning deposit. I have welts on my body I believe are bites from bed bugs. I hope the photos show the lack of pride in hospitality and business ownership Crossroads Inn has.

That it was reasonably priced. No phone in the room. Thought we got free breakfast and we didn't. There were eople out late at night and early morning making quite a bit of noise and noone stopped them.

Location was convenient, check-in was easy, and Room was ready as we were retired from a long day of travel Walls are thin. People were up partying until all hours of the night and they were very loud which management did not put a stop to.

When I arrived to check in, the employee said I had to wait for 20 minutes to check in.The staff accused me of taking the bedspread. I told him that I didn't take it and he was very rude to me. I don't know if I will get my deposit back and I really need it. I didn't like anything about this place, there's noise all the time. Homeless people everywhere. The parking lot had a lot of trash in it. Very hard to park the car there and not a lot of spaces.

Didn’t re stock coffee, I stayed 2 days with my daughter. Room wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Peaceful Nothin

Nothing It smelled like smoke, homeless people kept coming on the property, the room was dirty, whoever is in charge is not trying to give me a refund. (I paid for 2 nights and stayed for an hour) Room was also dirty.

The room looked pretty clean.

Place was awful. Asked for deposit of $30. They did not refund the amount after checkout. I had a bad feeling at check in cause the guy seemed shady so I took pictures before I left to have proof of how I left the room. Called their “Customer Service” line and they were not helpful. As soon as I asked to speak to billing they started speaking fast when providing the number. I asked them to slow down but she got an attitude and hung up. Horrible experience.

Parking is very compact but shouldnt be a problem. If you're not familiar with the area it is hard to find. Alot of late night activities that happens right next to it from the two gas stations next to it. I'd seen literally two people getting pulled over just within the 20 mins I left to go grab snacks at the gas station. Only complaint I had about the room was that the microwave wasn't properly clean and the bed sheets had multiple black spots on it.

I came to Sacramento while traveling in the U.S. and stayed at Crossroads Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially since I was not familiar with the area. The room was clean and the stay was comfortable. I would stay here again. The surroundings were a bit unfamiliar for me as an international visitor, but the management was strict and attentive, and it seemed like they worked hard to keep the property safe and orderly.

Rate is affordable and rooms are very clean. maybe they open the office. they work through night window.

Cheap Price than other brands, Clean rooms with clean towels, good customer service. Coffeemachine, Hairdryer was a add on

Limpio, cómodo y económico. La habitación estaba impecable, la cama era cómoda y el registro fue rápido y sencillo. La ubicación era conveniente para acceder a atracciones y restaurantes cercanos. Aunque la decoración era un poco anticuada, todo funcionaba bien y el personal fue amable y servicial. ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio para una estancia corta!
