I'm traveling to Arizona and missed my connecting bus. The management worked with me on early check-in and extending my stay since the next bus wasn't for until the next evening. They even offered me a free ride to the bus station..!!! If you're ever in the area, I would highly recommend. I have no complaints about my stay....

checking in they were offering an individual a room without a working shower, then later that night there was intense yelling/arguing which prompted me to call the front desk. cops were quick

Great experience overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff provided excellent customer service and made our stay enjoyable.

I really like the location the guys at the front desk Patel was very nice and very kind and there's always consistent when I come there I do wish the rooms were a little more secure this last time that I stayed I didn't have a boat in my room and I wish the towels were a little more plentiful

Na Burn holes in comforter. Smelled like cigarettes. TV was disconnected. Long term residents staying nearby very loud and disturbing conversations

I arrived at the hotel my partner had booked for me while I was on the road. I got in late at 11:30 and got my key after driving all day. The elevator didn't work, so I hauled my suitcase up the stairs where I encountered someone's urine that had been peed on a door, puddled on the walkway and dried. Gross. I find my room and have trouble getting the door open because the handle is sticky. I open the door and am smacked in the face with stale cigarette smell, even though I requested a non-smoking room. There were cigarette burns on nearly every flat surface. The floor was damaged, crunchy and dirty and pinched at my feet. The nightstand table drawers would not close because they were sticky and crumb-y. The pull out couch was so worn the seats can no longer hold a person - they would slide to the floor. I decided to sleep in my sleeping bag on top of the bed because this place seemed too gross to get into the sheets. It felt like something was biting me all night despite this. I had additional trouble sleeping, worried that my car would be broken into as the hotel street was lined with many unhoused encampments. I woke up at 6 and decided to shower and get on the road. Nope. The tub faucet barely worked. A thin stream of water was all that came out and the shower didn't work at all. All I wanted was to wash the ick off from the room, but no. All in all, this room was very dirty, in poor repair (the bathroom door had been busted & hastily glued back together) and disturbing.

Bad

Run down pit stop for the local homeless, street walkers and prostitution. Checked in around 11pm after traveling and was offered drugs and ‘services’ within 15min of arrival by those loitering around this motel. Ignored my intuition and checked in, went up to the room and was back in my car within 20min. The room was clean and the sheets looked pressed but otherwise patchwork maintenance and dilapidation was the overall theme it seemed they were going for here. Safety latch was busted hanging by a single screw. That dingy motel smell was the first thing to hit you on the way in. Needless to say I ate the cost of the room and left having not touched a thing but the lights.
