Everything was perfect The Aftershock prices were insane per night. I got the email for next time though

The location was perfect. The staff was exceptional. They go out of their way for every customer. The manager Brooke was so friendly and made the stay such a pleasant experience. Will definitely be staying there again!! Nothing

Location was great for me and where I needed to go. Staff were super helpful and nice at reception and also at breakfast, being super welcoming and offering support to needs I had. The room was very spacious which was great. Could potentially be loud at night as (my room) was behind the McDonalds drive through but wasn’t too crazy.

Breakfast

The ease of check-in, nice staff, clean hotel, pool, hot tub, and decent breakfast. High beds, noise coming from McDonald's drive-thru, and homeless drug addicts near, and around the hotel and McDonald's parking lot. Also would be nice if the shuttle ran to Old Sacramento or to Capitol building.

Love the sink outside of toilet/shower. Very spacious room. Free safe parking. All it would take would be hot scrambled eggs and sausage to take this up a level vs hard boiled eggs and no meat

Fly in to Sacramento for an event and needed a last minute accommodation.

Always comfortable and staff always very nice Along with 2 bath towels there is only one hand towel and one wash cloth. One bath towel had a few drops of blood on it that I noticed as soon as I unfolded it. Not sure how that was missed when it was folded. Have stayed there several times and nothing like that has happened before.

Place was nice

There was plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly the breakfast lady who was so welcoming and left no detail untended to. The breakfast was great and generous with too many fresh bagels to choose from and waffles that were irresistible. We liked that we didn't have to have excessive visits from room cleaning unless we wanted them. The pool was a welcome bonus for a quick dip and very clean. The decoration was a bit old fashioned but added to the charm. Thank you for looking after us.

Not a bad stay, but the carpets were worn and the fixtures were old. There had been some effort to update, including beds that were too high off the floor. Pleasant staff and a decent included breakfast.

I stay here often on weekends and always have a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, check-in is quick, and the front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. It's my go-to spot in Sacramento, close to downtown and Old Sacramento. Highly recommend it.

Great location for a rad trip between states. Comfortable beds, clean room and clean bathroom. Hot water, AC, little coffee-machine in the room. Breakfast has just enough options, very decent (hard boiled eggs, fruits, waffles, bagels, coffee/juice) Great deal for the price. All was good.

Disappointing

After a very hectic drive we arrived the reception and were given a very warm welcome. The receptionist was very professional and polite. Upon entering the room I was blown away by how wonderful it was. Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone in the hotel was courteous and welcoming. It was one of the most positive experiences in our entire vacation.

Nothing bad to say about this place

The hotel has a dedicated airport shuttle service which is a nice perk for overnight travelers arriving SMF before 1030pm without a rental car. Front desk staff experience was very good.
