Governors Inn Hotel

Great experience, I would definitely stay here again & recommend this hotel to anyone in Sacramento, CA.

I’ll be staying there again as it’s extremely convenient to the Capitol but I hope the manager reads this and makes some updating

Didn’t accommodate my needs as a paraplegic

No smart TV. Only dump TV with all the channels no one care to watch. Could not stream YouTube, Netflix nor Amazon Prime videos.

Decent place to stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast could have been better; there wasn't many options and the waffle line was crazy long. Waffles were mushy in the middle; so we left and got McDonalds instead.

Everything was fine.

I was also provided helpful info on where to grab dinner close by that was not McD's. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet, too. Bed was comfortable enough. Lady serving breakfast was very pleaant and helpful as was staff member at checkout. Overall, would recommend to others and will consider staying here again if I'm ever back in Sacramento. Good value.

Located in one of worst areas in Sacramento. Homeless tent camps less than a block away. I felt very uncomfortable leaving a hotel property.

Although the breakfast wasn’t that great, it was waffles that didn’t taste good and the coffee wasn’t that great. The hotel was very clean very comfortable very quiet. The staff was very helpful.

It was close to the freeway and was clean. The staff was very kind. The one thing I did not like was that the reviews indicate there’s a big selection for the breakfast, but that was not the case. The only items offered were waffles and two types of cereal. There was no meal or eggs or bacon or sausage or biscuits and gravy or anything of the matter.

Entire well maintained and taken care of. Rooms were quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows not so much so. Continental breakfast had basics. Such as, yogurts, cereal, juice and coffee. Had ability to make waffles. It was fine for my needs. I would definitely stay again. I’m picky about facilities and this one I had no major issues at all.
