Cheap It was terrifying. Homeless guys trying to enter rooms at night, screams, people trying to lurk inside our windows. It was also pretty dirty. We didn’t feel safe

Regardless if this is not in the best PT of town, the property is kept clean and safe.

Nothing Nothing

Motel6 is! Clean & functional. Wifi works good. No hair dryer but a refrigerator and microwave!! I did not have a car but it’s location is very close to downtown Sac & State Capitol — short Uber ride.stayed there two different times and will do do again.

If you need a quick place to sleep it's fine. The parking lot is gated. You have to badge in to get through. There was literally a homeless person's belongings out on the sidewalk. We never saw them but geez. Management should do a better job keeping the property cleaned up. The room itself was fine, clean and serviceable. We started to eat at a nearby Denny's but that was a bust too. We literally left and went to IHOP Service was VERY slow. We waited at least 30 min for the girl to even get back to us. Coffee the cook brought us was cold.

Overall a good stay but I saw a spider crawling around before I checked out.

STRICT RULES UNFAVORABLE AREA UNFAVORABLE PEOPLE SURROUNDING THE AREA. YOU’RE BETTER OFF BOOKING AT THE HYATT FOR A COUPLE DOLLARS MORE FOR LESS RULES, NICER STAFF, AND YOU WILL NOT SEE UNFAVORABLE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND LATE AT NIGHT.
