The room was very nice. The breakfast was not has good as other stay. Some of the food tasted like it was frozen and then thawed out, had a freezer taste.

Area has a lot of homeless people, the property is clean, surrounding area is dirty, am/pm next door to property, Mexican food place a few hotels down, McDonald's down the street
-
Area around the property has ton of homeless hanging out. The parking lot is controlled by a keypad and gate, which was appreciated!
-
Overal a good experience however the parking was very inconvenient, I drive a truck for a living and I could see there was ample parking 26ft Freightliner but the staff member at the front desk said I wasnt allowed to park inside the gate. So I had to park down the street and walk but when I got back I could clearly see another truck in the parking lot!

Parking lot is accessible to anyone although to park you must have a hotel key card.

The tub in room did not look clean, it had dark, black stains on bottom of tub, the AC did not function very well, it was only fresh if your bed was right next to the AC but the rest of the room did not feel as cool. The stairway was so hot and muggy. Lastly the pool did not look the cleanest either and it looked much smaller than it appeared in pictures. We called front desk about tub and they sent maintenance, maintenance said all the tubs were that way. Also there was a lot of homeless at the neighboring stores.

We were just traveling through. Room was clean. Easy location.

I was nice clean and comfortable

Beds were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was above average. The hotel area was very clean and the room provided excellent air conditioning in the hot weather.

Convenient to the freeway

Room were clean and tidy. staff was great and polite and helpful. Continental breakfast was tasty and the rooms was nice and cool.
-
Clean room. Nice amenities. Constant presence of unstable, homeless people on sidewalks, hanging out and sleeping on the grass at nearby gas stations is disconcerting.

What I didn't like was the customer service. When we checked in the lady on the reception was not very friendly, not even a smile on the face to welcome the customer. Secondly in the middle of the night the power went off. Me and my son we went down to the reception using our phone flash light to check and there was another couple in the reception were asking about the light as they didn't feel safe because it was so dark and as there was no backup or second option like a backup generator, and asked for refund with the guy , and the guy was so rude to couple. The couple asked for refund and the guy was so rude to the lady and said what refund as it was not the Hotel's fault. I hope we customers can be get compensate. We have stayed in hotel so many times in Sacramento during Summer time but this is the first time I have come cross this situation.

Staff was so friendly! But power went out & they had no backup generators. Our car was also stuck inside the gate. Area was a little sketchy

Nice one I like this hotel

While everything was clean from a surface stand point, when we got in our room the AC was on 77. In the FL heat, it took hours for our room to cool down. There was a live cockroach on the curtains. The plastic bath mat was covered in black mold. The gas station outside of the hotel is literally the town hangout for drug addicts and homeless, the noise goes on all night long. There was a woman in a wheel chair asleep, a man leaned over on the side walk (fent lean) as we pulled up at 9pm, and two gentlemen out front smoking weed- No wonder there is Fort Knox level security cameras at the front desk… was desperate to stay close to the airport… If you are unaware of the Sacramento area, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this side of town. The staff was nice and everyone was working to keep the spaces clean, just a beware to those who have small children or are traveling with family.

If you are traveling without kids I would stay here only bad thing was the power went out in the middle of the night we had no ac until around 6 am other than that it was ok
-
Air conditioner doesn’t really cool the room. It was a hot night with minimal air circulation.
