Another great stay at Comfort Suites, never dissatisfied.

Overall great stay for Fourth of July. Thank you! We will be back soon!

Easy location for downtown and off the freeway. Nice breakfast choices with eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, apples, waffles and cereal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful with minor problem and suggestions for visitors.

Only one night but Our family has a great time at the hotel
-
Hotel is clean but area around hotel is not great. Lots of homeless hanging around. Hotel staff was excellent though. We had an issue with the people in the room next to us and the clerk moved us without any issue. We really appreciated it. Food options could be better for breakfast but it was sufficient.

Even tho there are shady people hanging next door at gas station, we had a gate and felt secure

The staff, though friendly, gave conflicting rules/procedures about pool use and towel exchanges, which caused my children to feel reprimanded as if they did something wrong. We were talked down to as if we didn’t understand and were making something up. All front desk staff should ‘be on the same page’. There was also confusion because the room style booked through the third party was not honored.

The lady that checked us in was very vague about the where about the parking and nothing about the pool. She said breakfast from 6-9 (which are horrible hours if you come for a late night event) maybe extend the hours till 10:30. I had to ask her if my room key opened the gate for parking.

Great fast service, food was good staff was awesome

The room and bathroom were perfect sized, with a large mini fridge and microwave. The walls were thin and I could not sleep at all. I was in room 115 which was close to the main lobby and you could feel and hear every footstep above and around me, radio of the cars nearby, motorcycles up and down the street, etc. even with my white noise blasting, I woke up several times thinking someone broke into my room bc the noises and footsteps were so loud. The blackout shades don’t close all the way, so light came in thru the crack all night long while on the ground floor of where cars come and go all night at the gas station next door. My friend stayed on the 3rd floor and also got no sleep due to noise. If you’re hoping to get a restful sleep, this is not the spot to be.

I have no problem with the hotel itself. However, the homeless people around look scary. I won’t stay in the area if I know this situation

Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds

Room could be cleaned better. I always bring my own bleach wipes to wipe things down and they were pretty dirty afterwards!!!! Floors felt sticky in spots as well. You can hear people talking in the hallways clearly from your room with the door shut. Wouldn’t stay here again!!!!

Great staff and security guy at night was very friendly and helpful. Nice size room, large fridge and comfortable bed. Great breakfast options. The parking area was gated so felt good for security. Sleep sofa was very small for 2 people (children). Shower did not have hot water.

Motel is in a sketchy part of town, surrounded by unhoused people. They have a small, gated parking lot, but you’re only allowed to park one car in it. Any more cars have to be put somewhere else. Room was spacious, but everything felt cheap. There were hairs in the sink, and I’m guessing they just shampooed the carpet because it was soaking wet, and I had to wear shoes inside. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable, pillows were plentiful but way too soft, head went straight through them. Breakfast was decent, but ends at 9 on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends. Definitely won’t be back.
