Just unhappy with my stay the room AC was leaking in my room the hot tub was not working the bathroom did not have any exhaust fan and there was no shampoo in the container they provide for you in theshower? Not happy with my stay

I chose the Hilton garden for this last night of my trip because of the previous experience in Lincoln Nebraska at a Hilton garden. This visit to your Sacramento location was absolutely perfect, the location, the staff, the wonderful breakfast, it's all much nicer than generally used to. But the room.... the room gave me a feeling that I was the first one to ever stay there. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom/shower or sparkling clean. I would, and will, recommend to all my friends.

The room was clean and comfortable. The facility and staff very nice. The next morning we looked forward to breakfast in the lobby. However, there was work being done early that morning on the main elevator. It was super noisy with machinery while we were trying to have conversation with our friends who traveled from the U.K. to join us there. We could hardly hear what we were saying. The other disappointment was that the pool was closed for repairs. We had been traveling a long way and looking forward to a relaxing time at the pool, the reason we chose the Hilton Garden.

The property was situated in a very good location. Away from the hustle bustle. The breakfast was fresh. Staff were awesome. The huge ac in the room and also a bit noisy.

The staff were top tier. Interacted with at least 4 employees and all had the same up beat attitude and professionalism. My wife and I were very impressed.

This is a very nice clean stop over for business. Twelve minutes from the sacramento airport. About ten minutes to downtown. Renovated pool. Good gym. Easy check in. Easy parking. And very close to enramps, for the I5 and 99.

Our room was excellent, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was top notch and unexpected although they did have trouble keeping up with the demand it was still delicious and warm. The parking situation was a bit pricey and ir was nerve racking to see so many homeless people around the area. Definitely undertood the need for the security. The hotel is beautiful and very well placed in the middle of many different activities. Definitely recommend if you have the time to have breakfast and wait for your car from the valet.

This hotel is excellent. Nice, homey feel. The only thing I didn’t love about this place is the breakfast wasn’t free. However, it was still very good and they had plenty of options for anything you’re looking for. My stay here was wonderful

Very noisy. Could hear adjacent showers, razors, toothbrushes, etc. Lots of extraneous noises in the hall during the night. The room was fine otherwise.
