Location It would take a while to get someone to reception. There was never anyone there when I went- always at the back and you had to call them to the front. For breakfast there was no coffee. No one made any more. Oatmeal and other snacks were behind the reception counter, and again, there was no one there so no way to retrieve them. Rooms are very outdated. Shower head was flimsy and very low water pressure. AC was very loud and either very cold or not cold enough. Had some issues with the door lock. Laundry didn’t work. I tried 4 machines and none would take payment. Curtains in the room had holes. One of the worst hotels I’ve been at by far.

I didn't bother to stay. Left upon checking-in.

The place needs a complete makeover. Kitchen floor was buckling.. table was marred and gross. I wouldn’t eat nor cook in there. They said it came with breakfast but we don’t eat packaged muffins and little Debbie’s for breakfast, so walked out. Won’t be staying there again

Nothing like because we say tv not working they say we can’t do anything don’t have technicaian Nothing like rude staff when we reach at property after paying online they ask for pay more for security

Location Roaches,bad smell,customer service. Room 211 corner room, upon entrance window was left open due to the bad smell in room as entering the kitchen area insects in room, rude staff when trying to be refunded

Staff is very friendly and super helpful I wish breakfast lasted a little longer

The room was so dirty. The floors hadn’t been mopping in weeks or months. If we walked on the floor barefoot, our feet would be black. We stayed there two weeks and they did not do any housekeeping.
