Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Sacramento Airport Natomas

Whenever we have to be in Sacramento for work or leisure we always pick this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room comfortable beds , free breakfast and parking is a plus. Although they no longer have hot waffle maker which was my favorite thing.

Overall the stay and hotel were wonderful. My only complaint was that I reserved the room for 5 (1 adult and 4 kids). Three of those kids are teenagers

Room smelled musty.

It was your run of the mill hotel room. Nothing spectacular, but the entire hotel had the marijuana smell to it.

Shampoo container in shower was ripped off shower wall. Towels were not soft. Lamp on desk in room was not working.

Bathroom new with current fixtures, clean towels, plentiful supplies, and no signs of neglect. I am very satisfied with my stay at this location. Parking lot was well-lit, newly paved, and trash-free.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Very clean, bustling place with a pretty good breakfast.

Love that the Black Bear Diner was right across the path. So convenient! Staff was very nice, always professional.

The experience was great. The hotel was clean and quiet and breakfast was good. I like that there was airport transfer and breakfast at 6:30 a.m. We were in California for our convention and on some days we started at 5:30a.m., so the dates were started at 8a.m. it was nice to have breakfast available.

Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was pleasant. Great stay coming in from a long day of travel and close to the airport.

great location for airport, right next to cheap Pilot gas. quiet, comfortable beds, super breakfast, great shower. Loved everything.

It was good for our one night. The bathroom was nice and big. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed a nice stay in Sacramento at this hotel. The breakfast was good (waffles!) and the location was close to a good diner. We did end up calling for a shuttle from the airport which was so helpful as the line to pick up a rental car was long so we were able to get the car later. It was well maintained and easy to get to/from once we had a vehicle.

The place is clean, and the staff is polite and welcoming.

We stayed here on the front and back end of a trip out of town. We had planned to use the hot tub the first night, but a huge sign on the freeway had a piece blown off and dangling (clanking) so we didn't. But that's not the hotel's fault. We left our vehicle parked there for 10 days and felt perfectly comfortable. Noise is what you'd expect for an airport hotel on the freeway, plan on earplugs and white noise if you're a light sleeper. Airport shuttle is where so many properties fail, but these guys got it right! We put our names down for an early morning shuttle, came down to the lobby 10 minutes early, and we were on our way one minute early! Great if you're an on-time person, probably not if you run a couple minutes behind. We enjoyed breakfast on our return stay since we had more time. Probably the nicest selection of oatmeal toppings we've seen at any property across the country! Lots of protein options, hot and cold options, friendly staff. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wide variety of quality breakfast items.

Only stayed one night. Shuttle service was perfect. We picked this hotel because we had an EARLY flight out of SMF. Shuttle driver was professional and courteous. Will stay here again!
