The room was clean, but overall the room amenities were outdated and in need of maintenance. The bathroom bowl was chipped. And the room coffee pot didn’t function. There were no lamps, so the only light in the room came from the ceiling. The photo of the room I booked in Expedia showed a couch and the room didn’t have any so that was misleading.

Clean room, easy to check in. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast. Good place to stay for a night after a long flight and late arrival.

The staff was not very friendly to me or my friend. When we were coming back from our concert the front door area was locked and the attendant rolled her eyes at having to let us in. Another issue, my key card was not working in our room door When we went to ask the attendant about it, she was short with me and the only way I would be allowed in is if I had my ID, thankfully I had it on me and we were able to be let in. The next morning the same issue happened and the lady was very polite and helped us get back into our room so we could grab our stuff. My friend needed a plastic spoon for her dinner, the breakfast nook area had locked up all the utensils, so she went to ask for one but was turned down by the front desk attendant. Thankfully I had one from breakfast, but when she went back down to reheat her food the attendant laughed and said that she could have one. It was a very odd experience and some of the attendants were not very kind with us. There was also no amenities in the room and we didnt have handsome or shampoo.

3rd floor freeway noise was very loud all night long. air conditioner was very noisy all night long.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and convenient parking. Exceptional employees with great customer service skills, for the most part. Thank you so much! However, I should have done my research better, as I prefer in-room microwaves and refrigerators.

Rooms were fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot and surrounding area felt safe. My room didn't include a mini fridge, and breakfast could've offered more, but for the price, I think it's worth it.

This place was clean.No frills. The room was small but comfortable, but the ceilings were very thin. I could not sleep for the people the the floor above kept making so much noise.
