Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown-Arena by IHG

The location and the hotel.

The room was great my family of 4 (including 2 children) were very comfortable. The hotel was near a lot of things, we were easily able to walk to Sutter Health Park for a baseball game. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool's extended hours. I wish we could have stayed a little longer to check out more of the city, we'd definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness was awesome. Staff was attentive at all times during stay. The only thing was wish the lounge was open at least until 11pm.

Overall, the experience was good. Do it again

Great stay and staff was very helpful

we were here for the graduation at the Golden 1. it is very close and few walk to the location. they don’t offer complimentary hot breakfast here unlike most of the other holiday inn.

Highway is very loud. A little outdated

The only complaint was that they don't have a microwave in the room.

Love the location

Hotel was centrally located near downtown attractions like old town, the art museum, and the sports arenas. The property could use an update and a little more maintenance.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Old Sac as it is very conveniently located to a lot of things! The only downfall that is starting to have us look elsewhere for future stays is the constant increase in price for parking in the hotel parking lot! I understand the garage next to the hotel is cheaper but there’s a parking lot that’s closer and more convenient so why the $49/night fee?!

Very helpful staff The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was very loud.

El baño me impresionó tiene shampoo, acondicionador, body washer y lotion body Dove algo esencial cuando viajas, por que aveces se te olvida algo. Está muy cercas de waterfront y Golden 1 Center. Excelente hotel

I really don't have anything to say. It was a mediocre stay for the proca I paid

From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and the staff was so helpful. The hotel is beautifully maintained and everyone is so nice.
