It did the job but not impressed

Staff was friendly, hotel clean, although the walls were thin and you could hear the people next door.

Classic Holiday Inn with convenient location and plenty of pay parking nearby with a short walk. Easy location to the ballpark and restaurants. Did not pay for breakfast on-site.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and the staff is always so friendly. We stayed in one of their recently renovated rooms and it was very nice.

The room we were in, the carpet has a big stain, otherwise, everything was great.

Room was cleaned. Staff was great. Didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. It’s ridiculous to have to pay $49 a day for parking at a property that you’re staying at. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Convenient location

This was in a great location, convenient parking and the pool was a bonus!

The hotel is going through renovations and did not consider closing off the rooms near the construction, so I suffered from an annoying hum one morning. They did not service my room most nights of our stay. The staff lacked compassion when the concerns were shared. They even told me that I needed to schedule maid service if I wanted my room to be tidied. Further more the breakfast buffet was overpriced at 34.99. I would not recommend staying here.

The separate parking charge ($49) was ridiculous.. next time I’ll walk there I guess

Breakfast is not included you have to pay $35+ per person and parking is $35+. There was no body wash in the room, room was worn down definitely needs remodeling. Wouldn't stay again.

Everything was AMAZING! Staff, waitresses, the room and hotel was clean and I felt so safe staying there.

First, I want you to know, I have stayed at many other Holiday Inn's. We usually pick the ones that have a restaurant. The restaurant at this location is why I gave a 3. The bed was uncomfortable. There was construction that had a loud hum outside our windows. This was shared with the staff and nothing was done. Housekeeping did not clean or tidy up the room for two of the four day stay. When I called the front desk about this, I was told I am supposed to schedule Housekeeping prior to 8 am. This is not true because my son who was in a different room had his room tidy. He did not call anyone. The only other reason for the 3 is the location is ideal if you want to go to the Capitol or an event at the Gold1 Center.
