Very helpful staff breakfast was very good

Delta king was great clean and quiet. Very nice to relax for a couple. Room was a little small but very clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms. Has a restaurant and bar. Friendly staff and so close to public transportation.

It's an older property so you should be ready for what comes with that but the Staff are super friendly and amazing and hanging out at the bar and grill is fun.

The valet and all staff were gracious and kind!

The mattress was uncomfortable, no drinking water. You have to buy a bottle. The cabins are pretty tight just like you would expect from being in a boat.

Very Charming hotel! Small but cute rooms with okay mattresses . Loud music being played on passing boats made it hard to sleep so use the earplugs provided, you'll need them. The food was great but there were issues that effected the service however Julian who seemed to be the only server made up for everything with his excellent attention to everyone and positive attitude. He is truly amazing. Waited a very long time for my car in the morning and the front desk people were not very helpful. It is an experience to stay there and so convenient to Old Town they could just use a little attention to some details and new beds.

What’s not to like about stepping back in time with a stay at the Delta King Hotel. It’s docked right on the Sacramento River. The rooms are small but they have everything you need. The in room coffee is really good tasting. Both the bar and grill and the restaurant’s food were very good. Breakfast was especially tasty. There isn’t an elevator but the friendly staff helped us up with our bags. Got a room on 4th deck on the river side. We stayed 2 nights and the location is great for exploring Old Sacramento.

This was so fun! Great hospitality from all staff. We walked across the bridge to a baseball game, short walk, which was fun. Felt safe the entire stay. So much to do within walking distance of the ship. Shopping, museums, food, you can spend a day or two just walking distance away. Room was small but expected on an old ferry, bathroom had a pull chain toilet. Would recommend! *****

The location was excellent, the valet service was excellent. We were able to store medication in the lobby fridge as no room fridge. The lift didn’t go up to our floor. The staff weren’t friendly at the bar.

The room was clean and adequate. First impressions count though and the carpet as soon as you walk in could be changed to hardwood floors or luxury vinyl flooring (LVF). It was dirty and gave the impression that it was a cheap hotel.

Our burgers at the restaurant were ordered medium but were burnt.

The bar staff was excellent!

Boat

We spent two nights over Father's Day weekend. We were in town to catch an A's game and a concert at Golden 1. This location is unbeatable. Everything within walking distance. We spent some time both days at the bar. Drinks were great. Front desk was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The location is awesome and the hotel is very charming, staff are friendly, everything clean, good food in restaurant. Rooms have adequate space, storage and amenities. There were no chairs to sit around the decks except outside the restaurant and bar. It would have been nice to have comfy chairs to sit outside on the riverside.
