The location was great. It's located right down town.. Most stores close early on the weekdays. Some are not open at all. The boat was neat . It was right of the river. The bed was creaky, and the sheets were rough and scratchy. Some seals across the river were camped out there, and they were loud at times. Our room was 50 feet from the front desk, and the walls were paper thin. I could when a new guess was checking in. There were these electronic doors right on the other side of the wall next to my room . They were so loud you could hear them open and close, every time a guest went out on the deck.

Loved the atmosphere and unique experience. Our room faced the river and it was well worth it. Full restaurant and bar and they even had a museum. Great time!

Location perfect but the big but ; no parking and when i retrieved my car from valet at check out I not only noticed a burnt piece of paper on the floor board But the car had a distinct odor of Marihuana which lasted most of my trip home 👃

Interesting history.

The room was so cute and clean. They gave us a free drink coupon when we checked in, that was a nice surprise! We had a great time walking to the A's game across the bridge. The check in guy was perfect for that job because he was so friendly!

Wonderful experience. Staff were so kind and helpful. Just what we expected for sleeping on an old steamboat! We were surprised at how quiet it was, some seal lion action from time to time but room had a fan to drown it out. Great breakfast at the restaurant. Short walk to lots of shopping and food.

Staff was great. Nice bar with view of the River. Rooms are small but what u expect on a riverboat. Good experience. Perfect for dining, drinking and walking downtown.

The room was cozy and just what I was expecting. My company had a dinner in the state room and I had brunch in the Pilothouse the morning after and the food was exceptional. I would 100% come back for a meal and/or to stay again.

Overall good. However, our room was in the lobby area , there should be some signage informing those congregating in the lobby that the room are occupied and to refrain from conversations.

We have stayed here several times. Employees are very helpful, food great, valet efficient, terrific shopping and restaurants in the area. Beautiful location and extremely comfortable beds.

Dinner and brunch was amazing. The bar staff are very attentive. I would definitely return.
